Superb

The staff is very cooperative, rooms are big, clean and cozy, I have stayed many times in this hotel, location is also good and quite. It's a nice hotel to stay.

They offee good breakfast but need to improve the quality.

LOCATION & AMBIANCE

OLD ROOMS & BATH FITTINGS. Breakfast was not included in our booking & it was not high lighted at time of booking, came to know only at time of check in.

My stay was good not great but location was good and staff were on hand.

I didn’t have breakfast, but location was perfect for my trip

Room 101 for myself and room 106 for my friend but have 🐜 ant's cockroches all the time in the bathroom.

Unprofessional & misbehaved personnel ( Ms. Mariam).

I have been travelling for almost 30 years on a fortnightly basis , never ever have I encounter such inappropriate behaviour by the lady at the reception ( Ms. Mariam) . She couldn’t realise her mistake & stuck to her stand. Was not willing to share the phone number of Mr. Khadri ( GM). I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Apart from wifi connection, everything was excellent.

The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.
