Bel hotel dans un très beau cadre

L'emplacemet et superbe cadre. Belle promenade le long du lac. La chambre sont très bien et les grands buffets bien garnis et très variés.

Business trip - therefore comfort and location was primary reason for this choice of hotel

Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Price is higher than other hotels within the same area

Fantastic place for family stay. But far from main attractions.

The view from the room was spectacular. Overall the room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very kind. Very nice coffee shop/bakery ADEN near the hotel. The hotel has near an amusement park and pool club. I think it is more suitable for families with kids.

(1) Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room, only for a special charge. You have to bring your own! (2) The hotel is far from the city center and sightseeing places. You need to take a bus/taxi to get there (on average ~20 min, if no traffic ~10 min). (3) Not many places to eat, so its better to go to travel to the city center, which has many cafes and restaurants.

A good option to stay at Gyenongju, but room for improvement

Comfortable and clean room and bed, light in the room and in the whole hotel, breakfast was just ok, a very good concierge service to arrange for the service of a touristic guide and taxis to move around.

Access to outdoor swimming pool was too expensive for guests, ATM at the hotel not equipped to handle foreign travelers, poor command of English language by most of staff. It is a hotel oriented to cater for families, so there were too many children, and it was quite noisy specially the breakfast area.

One night getaway

I liked how convenient the location was and the views from the lake view room. Also the size of the room was great. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with plenty of variety.

The bed was just a little bit too firm.

The view at the room was good. Staff’s service was a bit biased.

Nice view. Convenient location that’s close to all the touring areas.

I had salad for breakfast but they did not have ranch, Italian, or caesar dressing so I couldn’t eat my salad. Also, they discriminate when serving beverages. They told us the drinks were self-serving, yet the waitresses served the white foreigners. They ignored Asian-Americans like me and my family members.

Disappointing

The location is quite convenient as it’s right next to a tourist area. A friendly front desk staff said she upgraded our room despite it was a weekend and the hotel seems packed.

The facilities and the room are quite old. The arm of the sofa is too hard, guests could get injured. The shower glass door of room 515 doesn’t close completely. The closet is tiny and right by the entryway. There are too many paper documents containing hotel information left on surfaces in the room. When connected to HDMI input source, the television glitches.

Wonderful and a place to be

The breakfast was excellent and satisfying. The view from the restaurant is very nice and relaxing.

Very nice place and location. Minor improvements could make a big difference

Family room and location were great. Direct view on the amusement park was terrific. Pool facility ++

Staff attitude : turning off lights in the lobby lounge despite us being simply playing cards on a table was shocking from a customer service / lack of consideration point of view.

Disappointing & overpriced for no reason. Will not stay again.

Bed was comfortable.

Had to pay for all amenities. No a/c. All restaurants overbooked & no phone number was provided to make reservations in advance. In room service extremely overpriced & did not offer much.
