Local aconchegante e agradável

Acomodação muito boa, com cama aquecida, água quente no banheiro, tudo limpo, ambiente agradável e funcionários muito atenciosos.

O box para banho é bastante pequeno e o café da manhã poderia ter alguma opção de fruta.

Fünf Tage in San Pedro de Atacama

Nettes kleines Hostal am Ortsrand von San Pedro gelegen. Dadurch verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig für Ausflugsfahrten in die Umgebung, da man direkt auf die Hauptverbindungsstraßen gelangt. Die einzige Tankstelle ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Ins Zentrum von San Pedro in rund zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Die überaus nette Besitzerin hat uns sogar unsere Wäsche gewaschen und gebügelt. Zudem fand in der Früh Kaffe und Kuchen, obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten.

WLAN vom Nachbarn hat relativ gut funktioniert, das Hauseigene leider gar nicht.

it was super clean and Liz is perhaps the best hostess I’ve ever encounter. super helpful and always happy to assist in anything. the breakfast is well prepared you can serve yourself and take your time.

Great stay, great staff, and the most comfy beds

The rooms are very clean and hospitable, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The best thing however is the personnel, they are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The WiFi in the rooms was a bit spotty sometimes, but that is to be expected in the middle of the desert.

Unprofessional: Do not go there if you plan to pay with a credit card

Very calm

I stayed there 4 nights and the owner did everything she could to force me into paying in cash instead of with a credit card… right from the beginning of my stay, she started asking about paying in cash, but I told her I had problems getting cash from the ATM… When I needed to leave, she pretending her paying app did not work…but I had to go for my flight! How unprofessional can you get to obtain what you want without considering impacts on another person..Fortunately, a friend lend me the money…

Highly recommend, top service, secure, close to main street

I cannot recommend this place enough! The owners are two sweethearts and do everything to make you comfortable, including a splendid breakfast with everything fresh made specially for you. They’re always available to give you information and for a chat. Location is super nice, only a few minutes away from the main street - also cool because all the tours would pick you up in the property and drop you off after. The room have marvellous bed sheets and all. Also the room have enough space for two and the bathroom is super clean, towels and everything else are provided. On top of everything the place is quiet and nice for you to chill at night after a day of activities.

Absolutely nothing to complain, the stay was perfect!

Small nice hotel run by the local family

The hotel is run by the local family. By the standards of the Atacama desert the stay was super pleasant. It was clean, silent, safe and comfortable stay in the hotel. Every morning host did prepare eggs, coffee. We did get a spot to park car in the garage but it felt safe to leave the car outside in the street. The host did an extra step to share more information, he told about his farm and we had small beer tasting with him. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the Main Street of San Pedro. The district felt safe to walk at night.

Very nice accommodation in an extremely interesting part of Chile 🇨🇱

Hostal Solor is run by a very nice, super helpful young couple that Carey much about their guests. The self-service breakfast offers a variety of options and the apartments are well-equipped. Location is good, city center of San Pedro, main street in close walking distance.

Bathroom could be refurbished.

Nice stay in San Pedro

We were coming to San Pedro from Uyuni and due to a change in travel plans we arrived one day later. The hostal was incredibly flexible and changed our dates for no extra charge. The hotel has ample parking on the street as well which was very convenient as we rented a car (not via the hotel) during our stay. The hotel is also close to the bus station which is great if you are arriving via coach.

The presence of the reception was a bit spotty. They helped us do some laundry, but if you don't grab them at breakfast time, you sometimes wouldn't see them for the rest of the day. It took 2 days to track them down.

A great little place in San Pedro de Atacama

Nice, intimate hostal. Greeted with wonderful homemade l beer when we arrived. A bit of a walk from the main commercial street and the rooms are one the smallish side, but I highly recommend. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

Loved Hostal Solor

Hostal Solor is clean, cozy, comfortable, affordable and in a great location. Lis makes a superb breakfast and the best cafe con Leche in Chile. Javier the owner was wonderfully friendly. He invited us to his home for a tour of his farm and to hit golf balls at his "driving range" in the desert. He also connected us with Pablo a local guide to take us around the Atacama. (Pablo was outstanding) We can't say enough good things about our stay here and would encourage others to give Hostal Solor a try.

The best hostel in San Pedro

This hostel is the best! Everything was good here. The owners are super super kind! We got homemade beer, a good breakfast from their own farm and everything was very clean. And the location was also perfect. My luggage was lost by the airline. The owner of the hostel was going to help me and he did everything to get it back. I’m very grateful for his help.

Quiet apartment close to the centre of San Pedro

We stayed in the apartment. Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, although due to early tours, we missed it a couple times. The fan supplied was all we needed for keeping us cool for a good night's sleep. The refrigerator in the unit was welcome. The kitchen had enough basic equipment to allow us to prepare a simple evening meal.

Only negative was the hot water for the shower. It was very hit and miss. Only cold showers on 2 nights out of 5. Luckily it was warm weather, so it wasn't a big issue.

True Oasis in a desert !

Very clean and pretty quiet room, very cosy common area to rest, the host are very friendly and helpful in any matter.

Nothing ! But location is a bit far from restaurants if you don’t have a car (15 min walk)
