Lugar lindo e aconchegante! Café, chá variado e água saborizada à vontade durante o dia todo é um aconchego.

Não foi um problema para mim, mas não há TV nos quartos tampouco no hotel.

Um local lindo, localização ideal, atendimento de todos muito bons, e todo espaço muito bem cuidado.

Tudo, localização do Hotel é espetacular, à poucos metros da Rua Caracoles, principal de San Pedro de Atacama. Quartos limpos, cama e roupas de cama perfeitas. Cafés e chás disponíveis 24 horas. Atendimento de todos funcionários impecáveis. Café da manhã muito bom, e como os passeios saem bem cedo, antes do início do café no Hotel, eles preparam um Kit de café para você levar nos passeios. Valeu demais a pena ficar nesse Hotel. Só ficarei neles

Único porém que encontrei foi que muitos passeios saímos na madrugada ou bem cedo, e várias vezes fui tomar banho para sair e água não esquentava. Demora muito pra esquentar a água durante a madrugada.

Hotel muito bom. Vale bastante se está em busca de mais conforto no Atacama.

Hotel novo, muito confortável e limpo. A cama, travesseiros e colchas também merecem destaque. Hotel é grande com bastante espaço, possuí também um restaurante interno que facilita bastante seu tempo em San Pedro.

Acredito que o quarto poderia ter ar-condicionado, durante a noite a temperatura cai mas o ar circula pouco no quarto, o ventilar ajuda, mas por ser um ventilador faz barulho e perdemos o silêncio tão característico do local. Além disso, sentimos falta de um frigobar.

Don Tomas Refugium - TOP

Alles - unbedingt ein Superior Deluxe Zimmer buchen. Es gibt zwei Hotels, die Deluxe Zimmer sind im Don Tomas Refugium - super !! Der Hammer, die Zimmer sind toll und modern und die ganze Anlage sehr stilvoll. Danke an Paula und Javiera und das gesamte Team für die tolle Betreuung!!

ロケーションが中心地に近い。レストランの夕食が美味しかった。家族で二部屋予約したが離れていたので、近い部屋に変更トライしてくれた。

レストランの店員のサービスが悪い、接客トレーニングされていない。部屋が換気されていない。ワンドリンクサービスのスパークリングワインが部屋にあったが、アイスボールの氷が溶けていたので、冷えていなかった。

Excelente atención, cómodo lugar, bien ubicado faltan detalles de comodidad.

El espacio, jardines y habitaciones nuevos, preciosos y agradables. El restaurante/bar/ hall/ recepción impecables y espaciosos . Desayuno completo y bien servido, rico pan y bollería. El personal amable y servicial, muy buena disposición y trato. Un agrado la estadía

La habitación sin aire acondicionado, hacía falta en las tardes. La cama muy grande pero el colchón duro, poco cómodo. La piscina grande y bien ubicada, pero sin reposeras y con suelo de piedra caliente, imposible tomar sol. Y comimos en el restaurante unos tártaros de salmón y otro de pulpo, que solo tenían sabor a mostaza, en exceso.

Hotel ubicado a 10 minutos caminando del centro De San Pedro, 2 en auto, buen desayuno, buena atención, habitaciones equipadas, cuenta con piscina.

No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. Aislación de la pieza regular, tiene poco espacio para maletas y poco closet.

Muy agradable

El personal fue muy amable siempre. El hotel está muy buen ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos caminando del centro. El desayuno es espectacular! La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación siempre muy limpia.

La puerta del baño de la habitación que nos tocó era de madera plegable, no tenía seguro y no permitía privacidad. La parte del closet para colgar queda encima de la caja fuerte así que las cosas no quedan bien colgadas.

Un hotel excelente, el personal súper amable, ayudan en todo lo que uno necesita. La habitación impecable y la comida exquisita. Tienen recarga de agua y Cafeteria abierta 24/7, lo que se agradece un montón. Lo recomiendo 100%. Sobre la ubicación, está como a 5 min. caminando del centro

El Entorno, maravilloso desayuno y comida en el restaurant, ambiente de calma y buenos espacios. Caminando fácil del pueblo

Deben mejorar las cortinas que dejan entrar la luz y no permiten privacidad. Sugerencia utilizar aromatizantes, al parecer hay huéspedes que no siguen las reglas y una de nuestras piezas tenía olor a tabaco.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Lovely ground with lots of nooks and crannies and sun traps for windy days. Excellent breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating of my needs.

Exceptional

we were in a double room in the El Refugio part of the hotel. This part is all new (it just opened in 2022). Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy, bathroom is very nice with great shower. All is very modern and comfortable !

It takes 15 min walk to get to main streets and center of San Pedro. El Refugio is located a little farther than the traditional part of the hotel

A place worth staying at

The hospitality and the entire services offered were just excellent. The permanent gra/coffee service. The quality of products (Ahmad teas!), the small offers that make a difference (free laundry with a 5 night stay),the breakfast box when tours start before breakfast hours and the location as well as facilities for relaxation.

Perhaps the rooms can have an extra mirror outside the bathroom area. I would alsoadd a couple of wall hangers.

We really enjoyed the stay at an exceptionally nice location with attentive staff.

Very nice hotel located conveniently close to main street. Breakfast was very good and we liked the fact that the hotel offers free drinking water using refillable bottles.

Location could have had more things to offer outdoors - fire pit for enjoying the evenings.

I would definitely stay there again!

The property is lovely, clean and well kept with comfortable outdoor places to sit and relax. There is a filtered water station to constantly refill water bottles.

the shower room is not well insulated, the floor around the shower room is flooded every time when somebody uses it.
