Foi muito gostoso. A unica coisa que deixou a desejar foi o chuveiro.

Localização muito boa, atendimento muito bom , as lhamas no quintal. O café da manhã é muito gostoso.

El desayuno es contundente La ubicación es muy cerca de la calle principal La habitación fue adecuada

La tarraza donde estaba el Fogón se le podría sacra mejor provecho con actividades, pero se entiende que no se puede perturbar el descanso. La mayoría de los tour son temprano

Está bastante cerca de la calle principal,La Caracoles, el desayuno es muy bueno , todos los empleados son muy buenos y amables, dispuestos a ayudarte en todo

La habitación y sobre todo el baño necesitan un arreglo,en el baño prácticamente no hay luz y la bañera está toda en muy mal estado.

Boa hospitalidade e conforto

Café da manhã bem servido, equipe do hotel super atenciosa, camas grandes e confortáveis, o hotel conta com bastante animais ao longo de seu território: cachorros, lhamas, gatos, cavalos

Alguns itens podem ser arriscados manter no quarto para quem possui alergias, como o tapete pendurado na parede. Wi fi não pega nos quartos. Nosso quarto ficou ao lado do cavalo então dava para colocar escuta-lo relinchando em algumas noites (pode ser incômodo para quem tiver sono leve)

Great option in San Pedro

The Ckoi Lodge consists of many small houses and everything is decorated in a colorful local style with a love for detail. It is located near the town center but in a quiet corner which we found great. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was really beautiful. For breakfast there were many options to choose, including pancakes. The staff is nice and helpful, and they offer the possibility to book all tours - which is the main thing for a stay in San Pedro - for you. They have good partner agencies and we always got great guides. What we enjoyed especially were the many options to relax on the premises.

Just two small things: The nights were cold as we were there in autumn, and the heater in our room was not really up for the task. We managed because there were many blankets but it could have been more comfortable. Also, some blinds for visual protection that let through light would be helpful.

Banheira perigosa

Do atendimento, do café da manhã e da localização.

A banheira do quarto que ficamos é perigosa. Minha esposa caiu e virou o pé, sendo que passou 2 dias com dor... inclusive poderia ter batido a cabeça e sido mais grave a situação. É uma banheira muito escorregadia e que não tem apoio nenhum, tanto para entrar, quanto para sair.

Muy buen desayuno, la tranquilidad del lugar,

Hay una parte nueva del hotel , y una bastante mas antigua. Nos toco en la antigua. Mejoraría las camas, al menos las almohadas. Falta mas mantenimiento y renovacion del mobiliario de la piscina

We hope to come back.

The location was convenient to the main street and business district, but was set back from the street and quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff was welcoming and responsive.

Like many hotels, lighting to read by was not sufficient for us.

Muito bom! Voltaria, mas precisa arrumar esse chuveiro!

Funcionários muito gentis. O hotel é muito divertido, tem uma criação de lhamas e nosso quarto foi ao lado delas. Não tem mau cheiro pois as janelas são vedadas, e não faz calor. Limpam o quarto quase que diariamente. Café da manhã bem servido e gostoso, disponível a partir das 7 da manhã. Caso você faça passeio bem cedo, eles te dão um saquinho de snack: 1 barrinha de cereal, um suco de frutas e 1 fruta.

. Pequeno detalhe que não pode ser controlado: Poeira. San Pedro é uma pequena região, o chão é na terra assim como o hotel, e isso pode incomodar alguns. Levei meu remedinho de rinite e deu tudo certo. . O que podem arrumar: A água do chuveiro. Uma tristeza a pressão da água e ter que ficar ajustando a temperatura o tempo inteiro. A privada estava entupida também, então tivemos que encher o lixinho com água para “dar descarga”, já que a descarga em si não funcionava.

Uma estadia perfeita, sem problemas.

Ambiente acolhedor, linda decoração, funcionários muito atenciosos, ótima localização, gostei de tudo, mas o que mais gostei foi do contato com as ihamas que ficam no hotel. Adorei 😀. Outro diferencial é que o hotel disponibiliza água e café a qualquer hora do dia. Muito gentil.

Gute Entscheidung

Wir hatten 4 Nächte und bereuten es nicht! Eine gepflegte Anlage mit 21 Zimmer, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und einige Tiere (Pferde, Lamas, Hunde, Katzen). Die Zimmer sind groß genug, das Bad ebenso. Trinkbaren Kaffee und heißes Wasser/Tee 24h gratis. Etwa 200m von der Hauptstraße entfernt war es meistens ruhig. Wer Touren buchen möchte kann dies über das Hotel zum gleichen Preis wie anderswo machen. Achtung die Eintritspreise sind extra.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung vertragen, vor allem bei mehreren Übernachtungen. Es gab immer den gleichen Käse und Schinken, Obstsalat, Joghurt, Saft, Eivariationen und Marmelade aus dem Glas.

Best location and very comfortable

Good location, staff very friendly and always set snacks when we had early tours. Comfortable and clean rooms. Pool does not have heater.

Hot shower didn’t always work, probably due to the hot water pump.

Lodge de charme au coeur du désert d'Atacama, avec des lamas

Emplacement proche du village tout en étant au calme. Belle architecture et décoration intérieure typique. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Jolie petite piscine à côté de lamas placides, amusants à observer durant la baignade. Délicieux petits-déjeuners variés et copieux. Possibilité d'emporter une collation en cas de départ matinal, comme pour aller admirer le lever du soleil sur les geysers. Personnel attentif.

Me gusto todo, buena relación precio calidad, cada rincón muy bien pensado, acogedor, bonita decoración, habitaciones y espacios comunes cómodos , desayuno rico y abundante, agua, te y café disponibles durante todo el día, los días que se sale temprano a tour, se puede pedir un snack la noche anterior, en general lo recomiendo al 100%

Lo que no me gustó seria el wifi, la señal era mas o menos, solo había buena señal en algunos puntos.

It was a lovely place! We will definitely stay there again!

The nice porch, the garden/pool area. We also had a nice room (also see below).

We expected more off the rooms. In the end we had a good spacious room, but other rooms are much smaller and do not match the description (lot smaller). The pool was very cold in August, but that probably has to do with the season. You can however comfortably sit around the pool, which is quite nice, although some sun beds need to be cleaned and repaired. And the Lama’s are funny.

If I would come again to San Pedro - I would come back to this hotel for sure

This place is absolutely amazing 🤩 Definitely the best choice for those who travels with kids - since the hotel has lamas :) and not only for kids :))) Design of the hotel 👍🏻 breakfast 👍🏻.The only things is that you have to travel during the day/evening, at night reception is closed. They also offer drinks during the day for free - tea/coffee/water

Almost perfect

Location is great, just slightly our of centre. There's a private parking and the deco is just beautiful! Got the wine opener and hairdrier when needed. The hotel has a high potential.

Bad management, it takes just a bit to improve a lot. Staff doesn't really know the job and you can feel it. The lady that was serving breakfast barely spoke to us, we had to ask for eggs, for fruit etc. It's not a big deal, but it makes a huge difference, it's hospitality after all.

Very good

Nice and welcoming environment for everyone who would like to have a nice Atacama experience. Plus the place is very clean. You can also talk to the reception to pick up some snacks for the tours if you’re not able to be at the hotel for breakfast.

The location is far from the main street attractions and restaurants. Also not all the agency vans are able to pick us up by the hotel door (they ask us to go to the main street even if its too early/late and cold). Just because of that i would prefer another place next time. No more complains about the hotel.
