Best hotel stay in Bangkok

Everything! The location, the staff and the amenities were all perfect. Really lovely hotel and the staff couldn’t do more to make the stay perfect. We travelled with our 3 year old and the location was great to get around by public transport as well as being right opposite the mall. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and can’t wait to stay again.

L’emplacement est bien et la chambre est propre.

Hôtel vieillissant, décor désuet. Équipements moyens. Un robinet de douche cassé. Une piscine bondée et pas très belle. On nous change de chambre à minuit pour une internet qui marche pas. Le petit déjeuner moyen et trop de monde, on doit attendre son tour. Franchement, ça ne mérite pas le prix payé.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel in bester Lage

Das Sheraton Grande ist noch ein richtiges Fünfsternehotel vom alten Schlag. Das gesamte Hotel, die Ausstattung, der Service, die stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer, der wunderschöne Poolbereich und insbesondere der „ The Living Room“, haben für mich den Aufenthalt einzigartig gemacht. Vielen Dank!

I liked the view from my room. the room size was larger than most of the rooms in Bangkok. The hotel pool was nice but water was a bit cold. its a family friendly hotel. security is very good away from hassels of bangkok. All other staff were very friendly (except receptionist). The hotel is connected to rail and Terminal 2 mall and easily accessible to everything else while being away from everything.

the reception staff was not as friendly and welcoming being a luxury hotel.

Fabulous location, immediate access to transportation, shopping, host of amenities. Friendly attentive staff, unique pool in a busy urban setting, great food and spa. Amazing jazz in the Living Room, great music and atmosphere in Barsu. We will return, five stars.

Beautiful and elegant Hotel, in an excellent location in Bangkok

Old school elegance at its finest. Beautiful pool area with wonderful staff. The bedrooms are very luxurious and comfortable with everything you could want. The door staff are happy and friendly and very welcoming.

The man who checked us in shouted loudly when we asked questions like we were stupid - don’t recommend him as a check in staff member. I actually wanted to tell him to talk softer as he was embarrassing us. Not a good welcome entry into the beautiful and elegant hotel.

Das beste Hotel in Bangkok

Dieses Hotel ist einfach nur perfekt. Wir sind bereits zum wiederholten Male im Sheraton untergekommen und es gibt einfach nichts zu bemängeln. Der Service ist mit Abstand das Beste das ich bisher in Bangkok und auch weltweit erfahren durfte. Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach nur traumhaft. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der mit Sicherheit der schönste Hotelpool in Bangkok ist. Sehr tropisch mit zahlreichen Bäumen und Pflanzen, eine paradiesische Idylle. Außerdem hört man hier absolut nichts von der Großstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und freuen und jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit

Service et emplacement au top !

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter et faire du shopping par un accès direct au Sky train. Le personnel est absolument extraordinaire, très attentif aux demandes des clients et très professionnel. Le check in et check out est très efficace.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant et le système d'air conditionné n'est plus très efficace. L'air dans notre chambre était très humide (malgré le système de déshumidificateur mis en place).

Great stay, would love to be back

The property has a great aesthetic feel to it. The Barsy u restaurant is fab. Staff are good to talk to, and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you like to be around the buzz but still want to live with peace of mind

완벽한 위치 훌륭한 조식

조식이 너무 훌륭합니다. 특히 베이커리가 너무 좋았고 망고 무제한은 그저 행복입니다. 무조건 일찍 가시는 것을 추천하고 천천히 1시간 이상 즐기세요.

특별히 아쉬웠던 점이 없을 정도로 완벽 했습니다. 저희는 시간이 많이 없어서 호텔 구석구석 즐기지 못했지만 재방문 시 여유롭게 호텔을 즐기고 싶습니다.

Top Lage mit Super Service

Top Lage mit eigenem Zugang zur Skytrain Station ASOK. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Wir bekamen zuerst ein Zimmer im 20. Stock zugewiesen. Das roch jedoch muffig. Daraufhin wurden wir gleich umquartiert in ein besseres Zimmer im 28. Stock. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Unser Flug ging erst sehr spät nachts. Wir konnten umsonst den Check out von 12 Uhr auf 14 Uhr verlängern und danach noch den Pool nebst Umkleideräume benutzen. So haben wir erst 20 Uhr das Hotel verlassen.

Die Fitnessgeräte sind schon ziemlich alt und müssten mal ersetzt werden. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein, man sitzt beengt und es wirkt hektisch.
