Welcomed to Thailand

Breakfast Buffet was excellent!

Seems to be the problem with all hotels lately, no refrigerator with a freezer. It's needed to freeze ice pack for medication. Had to ask for a bucket of Ice to place in the "cooler". Ice did last long enough to keep my medication cool but not enough to freeze the Ice pack for follow on travel.

Convenient and affordable place to stay

Location was good. Near the BTS.

Room had a cigarette smell. We asked for a change with no issues. The new room plumbing was poor. The shower drainage was clogged

الإفطار جيد لا غير

لم يعجبني الكثير ومنها . اللوبي غير نظيف ، العاملين غير متفهمين ، إزعاج الأطفال في الممرات ، أعمال الصيانة للغرف المجاورة ، المناشف قديمة ورائحتها غير طيبة .

Une honte: du vol!

La dame de la réception qui nous a facilité notre départ prématuré et nous a tout à fait compris.

La propreté 0!! Odeurs d’égouts dans le hall et dans la salle de bain; le sol de la chambre était littéralement POISSEUX, nous avons passé une lingette sur le sol: elle est sortie NOIR (photos a l’appui); dans les draps il y avait des taches mais aussi chez cheveux noirs (nous avons les cheveux roux avec ma soeur); le balcon est dégoûtant, des tâches noirs croutés en relief + des traces sur la poignée de la terrasse; PAS D’EAU CHAUDE alors que nous arrivons tard, nous avons attendu qu’un technicien passe et il n’est jamais venu!!! Au bout de 30min d’attente nous sommes partis nous coucher. EMPLACEMENT JUSTE A CÔTÉ D’UN BAR QUI MET DE LA MUSIQUE A BASSES HYPER FORTE. On l’entend du 11e étage avec les portes FERMÉS. La musique ne s’est pas arrêté avant 2h30 du matin, se mélangeant aux autres ! Aussi les clients de l’hôtel se permettent de crier dans les couloirs, il y a énormément de bruit et on entend tout de notre chambre. Le restaurant affilié a l’hotel ne tient pas la barre non plus: nous avons attendu plus d’1h pour 2 saumons!!! Nous l’avons d’abord reçu littéralement CRU puis nous avons dû attendre 1 demi h de + pour qu’ils le recuisent. Au vu du prix c’est une honte !! Restaurant bondé, ambiance glauque. DU VOL. Et ça se présente comme un établissement 4 ÉTOILES!! Simplement la honte. Nous avions booké 2 nuits et nous sommes parti dès le lendemain. Nous avons dû négocier pour nous faire rembourser ne serait-ce que la 2e nuit, mais avec toutes les photos/vidéos que nous avions ils ont fini par accepter. J’attends cependant toujours mon remboursement !!!! On est jeudi et toujours rien!!

Breakfast was great. So much choice. Location was close to Nana station and loads of restaurants. However it is surrounded by prostitutes and men looking for them, so if you can’t be bothered to be caught up in that, then maybe stay elsewhere. The porter was extremely nice and helpful and the pool was great. Big, wa and we had it all to ourselves.

The hotel felt old and not very personal. The floors of the room were grubby, there was a stain on the bed, the balcony had loads of pigeon poo on it and the shower took ages to warm up. The staff were also a bit hard work. Not a language barrier, just didn’t always listen. There isn’t anywhere nice to sit as a family out of your room. Downstairs has a bar but it feels like a big waiting room/lobby, not where you want to sit for drinks. There’s nice outside seating by the pool, but that got closed at 8pm when they closed the pool. And you have to pay a cash deposit of 1000 baht which you might not want to do if this is your last night like us. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. We stayed at Tints Of Blue at the start of our trip and I wish we’d gone back there.

طاقم عمل الفندق غير متعوانين وانا نادم بالاقامة في هذا الفندق

التكييف كان سيىء جدا في اول غرفة تم الاقامة فيها وعانينا كثيرا من التكييف ولم يتم حل المشكلة وبعد عناء وعدة محاولات وبعد يومين من الاقامة تم استبدال الغرفة بأخرى وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال عادي الى جيد .. وعند تسجيل المغادرة قالو لي سيتم ارجاع مبلغ 4,800 بات تايلاندي اي مايساوي 400 درهم اماراتي بسبب تغيير الغرفة ومشاكل التكييف وتم ابلاغي بأن المبلغ سيتم ارجاعه على البطاقة البنكية ولكن للاسف لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ الى البطاقة الائتمانية الخاصة بي بل تم ارجاعه الى بطاقة اخرى غير مملوكة لي تنتهي بالارقام 3414 ولا اعرف من اين حصلو هذه الارقام وحقيقة لم انتبه اثناء التوقيع لاني كنت منهك من التعب وكان الوقت متاخرا جدا حوالي الساعة 3:18 AM وانا بطاقتي الصحيحة والتي تمت عليها عملية الدفع تنتهي بالارقام 3420 وحاولت التواصل معهم لحل المشكلة ولكن لاتوجد استجابة إيجابية من قبلهم

اقامه جميله احببت تايلاند فندق جميل من جميع النواحي الموقع والغرفه شرحه والشارع جميل والموظفين لطفاء بالاخص الاخ مسلم

كل شي نظافه، ترتيب، اخلاق الموظفين، السعر ، الافطار متنوع يناسب العرب ، الموقع في قلب شارع العرب امام الفندق سوبرماركت وحوله المحلات والمطاعم التنوعه انصحه فيه بقوه

Harika bir kahvaltısı var. Odalar temiz ve yatak çok konforlu. Sadece tuvalet giderinden koku geliyordu. Su döktük geçti.
