Excelente confort, servicios y ubicación

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de 2 estaciones cercanas de BTS con centros comerciales alrededor. La piscina es un remanso de paz en medio de la ciudad. La calidad del desayuno es excepcional con amplia variedad. El tamaño de las habitaciones es amplio y el diseño actualizado. Las habitaciones silenciosas y las camas muy cómodas. El personal del hotel siempre está atento y a dispuestos a ayudar. Es mi segunda vez en éste hotel y sin duda volveré!

El equipamiento en el gimnasio es limitado y algo obsoleto, es muy mejorable.

The toilet was located on the wall to the room, so I could hear the sounds of water being flushed in the toilet. It was especially bothersome at night.

A quiet and dreary side of Bangkok

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. It seems to be getting better each time I visit the hotel, which is heartwarming. I also love the quietness of the vicinity, away from the bustling roadside stalls and deep inside an alley.

The quietness wasn't liked by my friend, mainly because of the heavy rain too. There were heavy rain on most days when we visit and the alley would be flooded and trapped us within the hotel. If you are hungry or wanting to explore the streets, there is practically nothing to do in the immediate surrounding, very unlikely Bangkok-ish. Love the alfresco area with Tuktuk Momo To Go, but 90% of the time it's not manned. You can sit there till the sun set and no one would approach you. But that's still ok. I hope something could be done to the sewage system right outside the hotel soon. We almost cannot get to the airport on our checkout day, with the street flooding up to almost the knee level.

FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL

little or nothing!

I couldn't sleep because my room was on the penultimate floor and there was a terrible, incredible and deafening noise caused by cooling machine motors and property for sure has saved on renovation works and did not soundproof the entire systems!!! During my check-in I was assisted by a very rude and impolite female employee who treated me like an idiot without any reason!!! I have, unfortunately, a lunch in the hotel and food was terrible. I could continue but I'd better stop here.

Amazing stay.

Great people , staff attend to your requests, always happy to help. Spacious rooms , nice TV , and comfortable bed. A perfect 5 star experience. Well worth it . Incredibly quiet.

Amazing helpful staff. Great rooms and facilities. Great location and the 7/11 is just 5mins walk. Loved the overall experience.

As a frequent traveler, I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The accommodations, staff, and amenities were all commendable, but I believe there is one aspect that could be elevated to make guests' stay even more memorable - the breakfast experience.

Location and cleanliness of the room. All the staff were nice except one her name was Nan. She was so rude and has attitude.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lady her name Nan was so rude and her attitude was not acceptable. Although I called the hotel in my check in day and I informed them about my exact arriver time, the room were not ready. The booking was for three adults, and they haven’t put the extra bed in the room. Her excuse was the hotel policy is setting up the room for three persons when the customer checked in. I stayed in 4 hotels in Thailand before this hotel and the room was ready for us. When I asked for this policy in written, she doesn’t have it. Weird!!! I would accept this delay if she showed me a written policy saying that adding the extra bed when the customer checked in and be in the room. All the hotels we stayed in Thailand were ready for three adults by the time we checked in. Also, all hotels accept the deposit to in Dollars $ but she refused and asked a 1000 THB per night in THB only. Her attitude was not appropriate and when I asked about the manager she was like I am the manager. Of courses I won’t expect a better service if the manager has this attitude. The slowest and worst check in I ever had in my life. It took almost one hour to check in. I regret staying at this hotel that doesn’t treat customers professionally. I recommend finding another hotel in the area if you are looking for a better professional service. Additionally, we are a family booking two rooms, and she did not make an effort giving us two rooms in the same floor. Each room was in different floor, but this is how rude and not helpful was. I will not stay in again at this hotel.
