The rooms were comfortable, the pool was lovely and the setting was beautiful
felt isolated in our casita, with no instructions in the room how to contact reception or the restaurant…especially after seeing spiders and frogs!! Food at dinner left a lot to be desired. could be better

Exceptional
we wanted to stay in an old hacienda and this hotel had been tastefully converted and was very comfortable. It is quite large space, but only has a small number of rooms, so felt very intimate and peaceful. The staff were amazing

Disappointing
Staff were friendly and the setting beautiful.
I thought it was disappointing. There was no space where one could sit and chat to fellow guests or have a drink. The dining room was soulless and the food not good enough. It needed pulling together......someone to come round at breakfast and ask if you needed any help in planning expeditions rather than the “concierge” sitting in an office at the other end of the property. Staff were very friendly but there needed to be a visible manager.

Amazing hidden gem in the middle of nature
Charming and well preserved hacienda with amazing garden. The staff is just amazing, they anticipate your needs and are very kind and friendly, definitly recommend.
