Bologna da una posizione privilegiata

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro. Staff attento, presente e gentilissimo. Monolocale molto spazioso, un po' spartano, ma dotato di tutto ciò che serve!

Entrando, si avvertiva un leggero sentore di fumo, ma niente che non si potesse risolvere aprendo la finestra per un po'.

The apartament is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed only for two nights, but the apartament has everything you need and is perfect for a longer stay as well. The location is amazing, right in the city center. Martina at the reception was very nice and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect little flat to visit Bologna

The flat was very central and spacious. The staff was lovely and polite and you can leave your luggage in the reception if you arrive before check in time, which was very convenient for us

Fantastic location

Great location. We were in Via Marsala 11, the apartment with a balcony. Just great. Large and comfortable. A very well equipped kitchen. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

No elevator but that's not a huge problem.

little to no noise cancellation so got woken up a lot by neighbours and people drinking at the bar next door

Bologna is one of our new favorite destination!

the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We were very happy with the apartment. since we came in December we appreciated how warm it was!

maybe needs some more basic supplies like salt, pepper, olive oil….

The central location of the residence helped us a lot to discover the city!

Great location and extremely friendly service. Clean and fully equipped residence.

The studio was large and well appointed. Very well located for the centre of the city (sights, dining, trains, etc)

location was great being very central and only a couple of minutes walk to very centre

central location did mean we had some noise at night - mainly the waste collection every day in early hours of morning. was ok with window shut but we like to sleep with window open

Location and host all very good and helpful. Plenty of information.

There needs to be more Plugs fitted in the kitchen as only one plug which had the wifi plugged into so could not use the electrical appliances.

This is terrific apartment

This place has the greatest staff! Due to a train strike, we had to take buses to get there and the staff was still there waiting to greet us! He offered to help with taxis, provided a map and recommendations and answered questions throughout our stay. There was plenty of space in the apartment, very clean, coffee provided and comfortable beds and soft towels. Even a washing machine was available! The kitchen is updated …IKEA style. I had to google how to use the Bialetti coffee pot -haha. The location is in the old town, lots of restaurants and shopping and a busy nightlife. And it’s up a couple of floors, but not bad. The air conditioning was great and we enjoyed the terrace each day.

We are coffee drinkers!! An auto coffee maker, like a Negresco, would be nice.
