Absolutely wonderful.

The room had exceptional views. Just spectacular views over the lake with the mountains in the background. We were able to walk to the wharf and restaurants and the location to catch the bus for Milton Sound. The room was very clean, the kitchen easy to work in with the crockery and cutlery in good condition. The table and chairs on the verandah were clean and comfortable and enabled us to relax outside and take in a bit more of the gorgeous views. There is ample car parks under the accommodation. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and the view impressive.

Undercover access to the parking would have been helpful when it was raining.

Views were great. Perfect parking undercover. Great apartment size, with ample kitchen dining area. Great bathroom.

Would be great if you could hang things as no hooks on bathroom or bedroom doors.

We had a week in Queenstown, so having good accommodation to come home to every night is important.

We had a top level unit, with magnificent views. Queenstown was just beautiful. We had a car so were able to travel around freely..

Absolutely nothing to not like here.

Lovely accommodation with beautiful lake views but not the time to visit with current roadworks.

A beautiful view over the lake. The host was very accommodating with our late arrival and gave us good recommendations for places to eat.

It was extremely noisy as the main road at the front of the motel had night roadworks going on.

It was fair but not great.

The view was nice but I expected a better room for what I was paying. The stove was not working but we didn’t know until we tried to use on the morning that we were checking out. So we didn’t make too much of a fuss.

The photos of the room were a little misleading. The views from within the room are not as good from within the room. You would expect it to be when you book the “best available” room and pay $800 for 3 nights.

perfect place to stay in Queenstown !

the view of the lake was lovely . the room was huge and we hd a great balcony. we were upgraded by the wonderful staff to a larger room w a separate bedroom . the location was a walk to town but we really liked being away from the crowds. we definitely recommend staying here!!

Exceptional

Everything, amazing position the unit was spotless. After booking through Booking com I phoned the motel to ask for a unit suitable for my husband who is disabled. The receptionist was helpful and the unit was perfect. Unfortunately there were no vacancies for the following night or we would have stayed longer Unbeknown to us, my husband's heart medication had fallen and rolled under the bed and when the cleaners found it she immediately phoned us to let us know and to ask if she could post it on to us. Thankfully, we were able to arrange for a prescription to be emailed to Wanaka and obtain replacement medication. If she hadn't been so attentive, we would have been in big trouble

The view is spectacular, the property was ideal and Queenstown is wonderful.

This was our first time in Queenstown and Alexis proved to be the perfect base for our stay. Morgan was so helpful.

Very good

Room was not private when front curtain windows were open during the day as they needed to be to let in natural light and to see the view. When fellow guests were passing to their adjacent rooms they could see what was happening in our room. Beds were rather hard and therefore not the most comfortable.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable room, great bath.

There was no parking facility for a motorhome. The property is at the top of quite a steep hill and we didn't want to have the motorhome parked up for a long time with brakes on. Husband moved motorhome to the bottom of the hill some distance from the property. Fortunately we were able to see the vehicle from the terrace.

Average motel stay in beautiful Queenstown

It was centrally located. Really nice view of the lake and the mountains from room 9.

Room was VERY dated and it is very much a motel. Room wasn’t serviced and the bedding was uncomfortable. I haven’t had sheets that rough since I was a university student!

Good stay, handy to town, comfortable.. recommend.. tick from us..

Lol, No salt n pepper plus the comment in the book re prefer no fish cooked because of smells left for next guest.. What of smells of meat for vegetarians, rather silly.
