Over and above - pure luxury and stress-free comfort

Arriving to a warm room with the fire burning, fresh food and drink - overwhelmingly welcoming.

Perfect stay for a couple!

We really enjoyed the privacy, location and accessibility of Stay. The view was beautiful and our rooms were clean. We enjoyed the complimentary jam & bread for breakfast each morning!

Was excellent apart from the heating issue. will definitely recommend to others as the location was perfect.

The room was amazing . cosy had a kitchenette. But the view was outstanding and made it all worth it . The complimentary stuff was great. catered very well for vegans as well. Also poppy the cat was an awesome local in the complex and was friendly and liked to say hello.

Heater broke day two of our stay out of five. It was quickly replaced with a portable electric heater. It was difficult to manage the temperature. It was no where as near as effective as the gas heater that broke. It was deemed to be a known issue as the person was not surprised about it and said it was due for a service . Also the tv was small and there was actually no clock .

We would highly recommend this venue to our friends and relatives in Australia.

The food variety provided was excellent' it was generous, fresh and nutritious, fresh juice, sour dough loaf, fresh fruit of apples and bananas, generous 250 gms of butter, fresh bacon, cookies, large jar of granola, chocolate for snacking.... amazing really. The view was picturesque, across the lake, and we were free to walk around the property to view the outlook from different angles and use the generous outdoor seating settings if we wished which were aesthetically set up within the grounds. Upon arrival the carpark area is bounded on one side by a really well painted mural of a New Zealand bird ( New Zealand Pigeon?) within a native flora setting

The entire setting was welcoming , modern and clean. The was not a single element that we did not like. Ingrid and her Staff were most helpful and welcoming.

perfect in every way!

everything. Very comfortable, cozy in evening with fire on . Lots of food packages left from host , fresh juice topped up, bacon eggs, muesli, awesome flavoured yoghurt, fresh cooked bread and treats galore. Fantastic views!😍 Host couldn’t be more helpful!

Very very very EXCEPTIONAL!

Everything was exceptional!! Clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was phenomenal, well thought out. Fresh bread…just an excellent selection of fruits, crackers, jam, etc., Ingrid was so kind and helpful…a delightful person. We look forward to staying here again! ❤️

Amazing Stay

Fantastic location on the way into Queenstown, a 5-min drive or 15-min walk into the centre. The room had beautiful views over the lake and The Remarkables. Everything in it was exceptional - the living area was inviting, the provisions supplied were fantastic (including a fresh loaf, milk and freshly squeezed OJ), and the bed extremely comfortable.

Great place!

Great place, amazing views. Walking distance to town centre. Everything you could need for your stay. Good kitchenette, the breakfast and food they provide is wonderful!! Fresh eggs and fresh bread daily, plus home baked muffins and biscuits were delightful.

It was a bit smaller than we had expected, but it wasn't too small :)

Fabulous stay

A fantastic stay. I wish I could have spent more than 4 days there. Ingrid and the team were very easy to communicate with, and have created beautiful rooms, with such attention to detail. The bed and linen were so comfortable, and so appreciated after big days hiking! I was also impressed with the complementary breakfast food and some chocolate. It has everything you could need, including washing machine and detergent.

Slightly overzealous with restocking the breakfast bread! Each time I would only have 1/4-1/3rd of the delicious loaf of focaccia and it would be replaced each day, which seemed quite wasteful. I would have loved some more of the orange juice.

Spectacular views.Ingrid personally made time to welcome us and the accommodation was tastefully furnished and very comfortable considering it was a small kitchen and sitting area it met our needs.Its the personal details, comfy furniture,linen, food choices and bathroom accessories and the gorgeous outdoor setting. Lovely intro to NZ.THANK YOU🙏.

the selection of breakfast items and snacks was wonderful. View couldn't be better.

Fabulous and friendly

Ingrid has a beautiful place that feels cozy and comfortable with many stylish decor elements and treats. The communication was great and the views amazing.

You can hear your Neighbours if they are quite vocal but otherwise everything was perfect.

It’s a lovely place to stay, the staff were really nice and I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend.

the location was good, it was close enough to town to walk and the view in the morning was beautiful.

the only downside was being able to hear everything in the rooms either side and above us.

Views Amazing! Comfortable Room that catered for exactly what we needed.

Views, Quietness,Daily Breakfast, and fresh bread. Bottle of Wine on arrival. The set up and space of the Abel Tasmin Suite suited our needs. The simplicity of the appliances in the Kitchen and use of the coffee Nespresso machine/milk frother was a extra bonus. King Bed and Quality Bedding.

A perfect retreat, leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind.

Great location, spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains, lots of little touches that made the stay special. Ingrid was a great host and we enjoyed chatting with her.

The best Apartment accommodation I've ever stayed in and we have stayed in many around the World!

Breakfast selection was perfect.Every Kitchen Appliance that you could possibly need. Big advantage having a washing machine and dryer

Awesome… very clean and everything was perfect!

Loved the accomodation - lovely setup and private. Had a amazing view and quality of food supplied was amazing with extra treats which were amazing. So close to town we walked in
