First time visit to Bath, had a lovely time and a great hotel.

Great central location, beautiful hotel, great staff and the included breakfast was excellent.

Good location, not amazing property

Location and friendly staff.

Freezing cold, AC could not be switched on, unless the reception team does it from downstairs. Night receptionist/manager was nice and helpful, he provided a small heater which helped slightly. Staff in the morning kept insisting it showed 25 degrees in the room, where it could have not been more than 17-18, so I am not sure from where they were getting that number from. Noisy room, vent popping and cracks the entire night, you can hear your neighbours walking around like they are next to you due to the creaky floors. Staff was fairly nice, no complaints there, but the building requires some work and does not look like a 4 stars property.

Home away from home

Location is perfect, staff are always so welcoming when arriving. This time the guy on reception went went out of his way to make sure I had the same room as last time because I loved it so much! Will always return to my favourite hotel

The towels had a few holes and I would prefer fluffier pillows but that’s just my preference

Rooms in main part of hotel are nice. Rooms in the second building are poor.

Cheap last minute booking for a single room - only paid £65 or so which is super cheap for Bath. Hotel is well located only a few minutes walk over the bridge into town. Staff are friendly. Didnt eat breakfast this time, but it was very good when I last had it.

Room is old and tired. Bathroom smells of drains. Blind was hanging off the window. Room 32 is located right next to the noisy lift. The water stopped working while I was there and I had to brush teeth in the office. Wifi on third floor is patchy. The rooms in the main part of the hotel are much better.

Amazing location, polite and helpful staff.. and above all location was perfect.

The hotel position in Bath was amazing... and the staff where exceptional.

The Room was particularly hot but we called reception and a fan was brought to us and made the situation so much better,, Great recovery from the staff.

I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel

The property is very clean and the staff provide excellent service especially Rajeev and Aman to mention a few. It is well located with close proximity to all the best sights in Bath. The rooms are very comfortable.

Well located, reliable and great staff!

The staff, in particular Rajiv at front office, were exceptional. They were able to make some great recommendations for F&B, made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and smooth stay.

Would have been great to have full service house keeping especially at that room rate. Would also be great to have full F&B service in the evening so as not to have to go looking for a meal or ordering in UberEats.

Found the room dusty, especially when turned on the A/C. The elevator is a bit wobbly and slow.

Great location within a few minutes of the centre of Bath. Felt very safe as a lone female traveller both at the hotel and walking to/from the centre...all busy main roads. Staff were friendly and welcoming and love the hotel decor! Great price for the location. Would definitely stay again.

Great for a one night stay. My friend and I having a 'spoil yourselves' shopping trip'.

Comfortable bed and lovely towels. Nice shower. Efficient check-in with an unexpected free drink from the bar. Quiet location. Historic architecture. Friendly staff. Central location with many eating places nearby.

Air conditioning rather difficult to control - it either seemed too cold or too hot. Lights switching process difficult to fathom.

Location . Quiet . Easy access to town and places of interest by foot as well as eateries . Bedroom is well appointed with lots of storage . Bathroom can do with extra towel bars to hang bath towels. Breakfast was delicious and served very quickly .

Beautiful Bath stay

The property was very welcoming and so were the staff. The decor was very modern. Breakfast was outstanding.

Excellent central location.

The central location was perfect. 5/10 minute stroll to Pump Room etc. welcoming staff. Bed was really comfortable. Shower was wonderful.

Room was cosy. En suit a tight fit. Wouldn’t really say didn’t like but just wanted to let others know. Shutters at window meant room was light. Could perhaps help to have an additional blind/curtain to make dark for sleeping

Warm and comforting

Very comforting warm, clean environment. My room was extremely quiet and felt very luxurious. I booked the cosy room, brilliant service and I was greeted well by staff and all my questions were answered, I also had a few drinks at the bar a very warm welcoming environment all round and I will definitely be booking whenever I fancy staying in a hotel over anywhere else I have been.

Okay for the location parking not good hotel lacks ambiance and heating but staff very helpful.

It was very cold in the restaurant and bar breakfast all a bit haphazard ! Some of the rooms cold difficult to understand the heating system and lighting not good at all in the bedrooms. Lift very very slow ! Very difficult for the parking .

A great hotel for a visit to Bath

We found the traditional cosy room to be a good size for 2 adults. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. Location was great too, short walking distance to the town and parts of Bath we wanted to visit.
