Superb

Super central, yet quite quiet considering. Lovely apartment, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, decent shower with great water pressure and really hot water. Clean throughout the apartment AND the whole building. All the staff (front desk, cleaners, maintenance, EVERYONE!) were friendly, professional and basically amazing. The whole experience from the communication after booking & prior to check-in, during my stay and the numerous requests and questions I had, and at check-out & after my stay the WHOLE team were brilliant.

Honestly nothing at all... Even a minor issue I had with the washing machine once, and the microwave once were both very swiftly sorted without any fuss. Excellent customer service all round!

Very convenient location, nice staff. Clean and well stocked kitchen

It’s location was excellent - so easy to get all around the city. It’s nice and secure. The kitchen was stocked really well too.

The beds were quite small and so was the couch. It was very warm in the flat but there were some fans which helped. no parking on-site so had to get something somewhere else.

Amazing location. Marianna and Diletta were very helpful. Had an amazing time during our stay there.

The beds and pillows were very soft so can be uncomfortable for people that are used to firmer mattresses.

It is a good size apartment and suited to families. In general, Bristol is quite quiet after 8pm and though seems relati

1) Good size with kitchen and well equipped. 2) Relatively clean and comfortable. 3) Responsive staff. 4) It is walking distance to the malls, wharf and some attractions.

1) Can be noisy as there are a couple of eateries downstairs. 2) Also, all units glass doors/windows and balconies face each other so there is no privacy. 3) Quite disturbing when neighbors sit and talk at balconies (this unit does not have a balcony).

Very very clean apartment, friendly staff, excellent location.

Since there is no public access if one of arriving by private vehicle, it would be nice if instructions were provided beforehand on how to reach if someone was driving or coming by taxi.

Very good

Good location and spotlessly clean,lots of restaurants and pubs close by.Transport links very good.Staff excellent,cared for luggage on arrival as we arrived early and on departure as we had late flight time.

Very hot especially in sitting room as only one window opened and very little air flow,fan helped as weather was very hot.

Would recommend people looking for a >10 days stay in Bristol.

It was fantastic. A good area to stay in. Diletta and Marianna are so helpful with everything, their response is always very quick when I have any questions/problem.

Was an amazing stay. Will definitely book with them again when I go back to Bristol

It was in a great location, amazing facilities and the staff was extremely helpful when accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

There wasn’t a drainage outlet in the bathroom outside the shower/bath area. Might seem like an unnecessary thing but for my mum who showers in a commode chair over the toilet, it was difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom.

Will stay there again.

The apartment facing Castle park and river which is beautiful. The unit it self is very clean and has well equipped kitchen and utensil. Communication with the property management was also good and they listen to our request to extending our stay there.

Nothing we don't like actually. Only I was expecting a bigger king bed.
