Perfect, centrally located flat with all we needed for our stay.

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

No negative - just that it was only my daughter and I and it would be perfect for the whole family!

Perfectly located apartment

Ideal location, 10 mins walk from train station and right in the heart of the town with bars, shops restaurants on the door step. The apartment had all we needed and was warm and very clean. Easy access with key safe.

The beds weren’t hugely comfy and the main bedroom is a tight squeeze around the bed but can’t see how it could be configured any differently. It certainly wouldn’t put us off coming again though.

Comfortable, clean accommodation in great location.

Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed with many thoughtful extras. Located in the old part of the city with a great vibe Lots of eateries nearby and shopping in walking distance. Ideal for sightseeing. Would highly recommend.

Somewhere in double room for clothes storage.Only other thing was lack of view from windows but this is being extremely picky.

The location was superb. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Good facilities. The host was very helpful before arrival and communicative regarding departure which was appreciated.

The shower would not be suitable for anyone with accessibility issues but it was not an issue for us.

There was constant music thumping from the record shop next door. Music from 10 am to 5pm and we were not told about this. Fortunately we were out most of the day. The key lock box was too high on the wall for us to reach, luckily a tall person walking past got the key for us which was a relief as our plane was delayed so it was 11 pm and a bit scary.

Great location!!

We loved the ease of check-in, it was 15 minute walk to the train station, it was close to a lot of attractions. The flat had the ammenities that we needed and worked out for our family. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Amazing hot water instantly! Close to a Tesco for quick groceries. If you like firm matresses then this works great.

We were not able to figure out how to increase the heat. The radiators did not have knobs and the remote digital unit wouldn't hold our setting so it was a little chilly in the flat. The walls seem thin as if any neighbor is walking around or shutting doors you can hear it. I was not used to a firm mattress so was harder for me to sleep.

Great choice!

The apartment is very nice and clean, interesting choice of decorating, I loved it. It’s big and comfortable and you have what you need. It’s close to the centre.

Very convenient location

The flat was clean and everything was in working order. It was very central, close to lots of things mentioned in the guide book. Buses to the rest of the city were a short walk away. There is a tiny tesco in sight of the flat and some restaurants set up stalls next to it. There are lots of restaurants in a range of styles and prices in easy walking distance. If you want to park nearby, book well in advance through YourParkingSpace.co.uk or JustPark so that you can rent a space at the Bristol Grand Hotel.

All over the flat there are notices instructing guests to be quiet and considerate of the neighbours but it is the neighbours who make all the noise. Obviously, this is not the hosts' fault. There was building/renovation going on in another part of the building. The workers arrived promptly at 7am, discussed their plans and started using power tools by 7:30am each morning, working until 4pm each day. The record shop below the sitting room of the flat plays loud music during its opening hours (j10:30am - 5:30pm). It so loud that you have to raise your voice to converse and cannot hear the telly without turning it up very loud.

great location in the heart of Bristol close to the most beautiful part of the city with many nice places to eat and drink

unstable wifi, not usable in all rooms small bathroom with shower bath with fabric curtain, you should put several fabric bath mats in front of the tub so that the water does not drip through the ceiling into the floor below, everything not quite hygienic

Comfortable beds. Kitchen and apartment fully equipped. Right in the center of Bristol, but not noisy.

No windows to the street. So no views at all. I never met the owner, very impersonal. I missed a second toilet.

location very good It was hard to find as the zip code covered too wide an area Also too unload you were on a disabled space .i think you good indicate you could park for a few minutes on the paved green opposite.

Could say in the introduction that a car park is whitefriars (just parking or NCP ) both a short walk away . The host left this inside a booklet in the house but we were in a mess before this When we phoned her beforehand she just said no parking and come by train (not an option )
