Loved the room and the locatiion, just didn’t like the lobby and elevator.

Room and bathroom was spacious and nice :) They are generous with giving towels and free water

It was hard to find the lobby, the elevator smelled like cigarettes

Bad experience!!!!

Booking.com is a scam. I already pay online with the whole accommodation price before we go to the place and then the hotel still charged us the whole payment we paid via online HIDDEN CHARGES!!!!

Wouldn’t come again but was fair for the 1 night

The lift is very old, the bathtub has some rusted area and the atmosphere of the hotel itself isn’t that comfortable

location was good and in ximengding

bed was so soft that you can feel the spring bed frame was so low that you can fell off onto the floor pubs on other floors with too many different people taking lift, feeling insecure

Conveinience

Location is near by Ximending Night market, easy to access MRT. Suitable for whom not spend much time in hotel.

Pleasant

The receptionist are friendly and helpful when we get a room with some smelly from the bathroom and one of the bulb is not working, he let us change to other room. The location is really near XiMenDing just a minute distance and lots of good food around the hotel.

Quite noisy during night may be lots of night activities near hotel too and some customers also are not slowing their voice during the night when they come back to room.

Its kinda very disappointing unless you can see it for yourself.

i like the attitude of the receptionists. they are very friendly and accommodating. and what I like more is that this hotel is very near to ximen walking district.

what I don’t like is the attitude of the housekeeping. they are grumpy, snobbish and not approachable. Also, we don’t have wifi in our room. they said that not all rooms have wifi. non sense? The comforter sheets has dark spots. And the whole building of the hotel smells like smoke of the cigarettes everywhere from the lobby going up to our floor.

Not good, you can find better for the same price.

Great location. Very central, walking distance to the main Ximenting Shopping Square / Walking Street, and just 1.5km from Taipei Main Station. U won't need to take taxis to get to everything downtown Taipei has to offer, I.e. food, shopping, etc. convenience stores next door.

Hard to locate, small signage, shoplot type entrance. Room has no windows, smells old. Shower didn't have constant hot water, it was off and on. Walls are very thin, u can hear everything happening very clearly in the next room, if u know what I mean. Overall a very claustrophobic experience.

I got the best room at the corner of 10th floor. It has the best view and lighting. The room was spacious and clean

I like the cleanliness of the room and the comfortability of the bed

Nothing, it’s highly recommended. I will be back next time

near on night market ximending the staff was very nice and can speak english..

there is a free wife without internet and the signal of Data on my phone inside of the room was very weak…
