Lousy river view

The room is nice though small. Though the river view room description should be changed to highway view. You can hear the sounds of the cars passing by. Very small lobby with just 1 sofa and a couple of chairs.

The fact that there is a really great parking garage is amazing. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. staff is really friendly. it’s only a short walk (3 minutes) to the walking street of Ximen

The view towards the river and highways are amazing, especially during sunset and sunrise. Plus point is that even though there is ongoing traffics nearby, the windows are completely soundproof.

The location is very convenient very near Ximending. The beds are so very comfortable. Staff was very kind to allow late check-out last minute as we faced unforeseen situation and had to request for a late checkout.

The room is a bit dark and the personal care kit they only provided one set while we have two people for the room. Wish they provided more makeup removal care kit (q-tip/cotton pads) for the travellers.

Lovely 4 nights stay at Suz Hotel

Love the view facing the tamsui river. The room was clean and room service was good. Love the body wash set, good quality! Just a very short walk to ximending and very convenient ubike to travel around.

The lift is abit too dim.

Good location. Good staff. Simple hotel no facilities awailable

There was no restaurant available at that time. The location was good - at ximending area. Staff at the reception were attentive and helpful.

Our rooms were on a lower floor in front facing and very close to the expressway. We had to lower the curtain half way, so that people on the road could not see in our rooms. Shower door is broken- could not be closed properly. Water spilled out despite reporting to the reception on the first day, but nothing was repaired despite we stayed for 7 nights. Kind of disappointed!

10/10. Pleasant, enjoyable and memorable.

The Suz was a prim and proper hotel in a decent location in Ximen. It was a short walk to Ximen MRT. Facilities clean and well decorated. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

Pillow and bed were not the most comfortable, but not a major concern. Only for those who are very sensitive to such things.

we had spotted a yellow stain on one of the towels. location was not great, It may not be safe for a women to hang out night. they chage 2000 ntd for a deposit.
