Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato deludente. Non ci è stato permesso di accedere alla piscina a causa di una regola non comunicata in anticipo che limita la copertura dei tatuaggi a soli due cerotti piccoli per persona. Questo è ridicolo e ingiusto, soprattutto perché l'accesso alla piscina era incluso nel prezzo della camera, e l'abbiamo scelto proprio per questo motivo. Non siamo riusciti a utilizzare un servizio per cui abbiamo pagato, il che ha rovinato la nostra esperienza. Reception di un hotel internazionale che non parla quasi per niente inglese. Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We were denied access to the pool due to an unfair and unannounced rule limiting tattoo coverage to just two small patches per person. This is absurd, especially since pool access was included in the room rate, and we chose this hotel specifically for that reason. We were unable to use a service we paid for, which ruined our experience. No English at the front desk in this international Hotel.

防音さえしっかりしていれば最高。

金沢の繁華街に観光や近く飲みに出るのにとても便利であり、屋上には市内を一望出来るスパ・サウナがあり寛げた。

部屋の防音が非常に悪く、両隣部屋の話し声・くしゃみ・生活音・テレビの音が筒抜けであった。朝食会場はロビー横のテーブルスペースしか無く補充に時間がかかったり、場所を空くのを待ったりして混み合い不快であった。

部屋が狭い屋上の大浴場はよかったけど、ロッカーの鍵がないので、自分の荷物や着替えが心配でゆっくり入れなかった。

Disappointing accommodation.

Rooftop onsen excellent.

Very small cramped room. No room for luggage or under bed storage. Very warm at night, disinterested staff. Extremely noisy area

部屋はこじんまりとしてましたが大きな鏡とデスクがあり化粧しやすかったです！お部屋の明るさも明るくできて快適でした！冷蔵庫もきちんと機能してて飲み物キンキンに冷やせました！

Convenient, affordable and comfortable

I stayed 2 weeks and got to choose what kind of room I liked, the room was perfectly what I needed. I loved the onsen on the top floor. The location was right in the middle of all the places I had to be for work, which was extra convenient. On my check-out day, the staff even helped me to send a package. I will be back for sure. Thank you.

Really not much, only maybe that before the check-in day, it would have been nice to get an online answer to my questions. But at the end everything was fine.

Quiet, clean and good value for money

All great! I was there on a business trip. I didn’t try their breakfast but the rest was generally good considering the amount that I paid. 4600 per night

At first I thought that my rate included breakfast but turned out it didn’t. I took it easy as I had no high expectations

The hotel is located at a great place with many options for meals. We walked to all primary sightseeing locations from the hotel.

Our twin room was small. After laying down luggages, there weren’t much room to move around in the room.
