Manager very friendly and helpful Room size very comfortable,clean and tidy Location close to CBD and local fast food outlets

Fridge was clean but had an unpleasant smell. I think the room rates have increased since my previous stay

Solid value for money

It was nice and quiet. It was a well equipped room with iron and ironing board which we appreciated. There was a hairdryer as well as kettle and toaster.

There was no bible in the room and none available on request. The room though a little dated was clean. Thank you

Good location for a good price. Noise was minimal as I am a light sleeper.

Price and location. Quietness of room. Easy check in as we were a little late.

Pillows were a little thin. Toilet area a bit small due to the way the toilet was located but manageable.

Clean - Perfect Location - Average

The room was spotless. The staff obviously have great work ethics when it comes to cleaning. The location of the motor in was perfect for us too. It is located approximately 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we had to visit during our stay. The aircon worked wonders and managed to keep our room nice and cool during the hot temp days/nights.

Room #5 is located right next to the pool pump. Without fail every single day/night we had to endure the loud sounds of the pump running. The wifi wasn't great. I had to use the hotspot on my phone to log in to my work emails.

Pleasant

The room was spacious, and included a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Plus cutlery and crockery. Everything was in great working order. The beds are comfortable and clean. The aircon worked well too.

There were A LOT of people staying at the premises, which highlighted how 'un' soundproof the rooms and buildings are - not a reflection on management by any means, but if you're looking for a quiet place this may not be best for you. Also two massive trucks came into the establishment at 2am causing an excessive amount of noise and then proceeded to block the exit to the property so I had to leave out the entrance. Bit of a safety issue to block an exit. Parking also seems like a bit of a free for all, with people just parking where they liked which meant I couldn't park outside my unit. Whilst this is not a big deal, I feel like parking should be allocated to outside the unit you are staying in.
