the stairs was a night mare to go up and down food was good staff was good bathroom bed rooms out dated couldent have shower it wouldn't turn on .

Ideal location for our purposes

Central location with good parking facilities- comfortable bed,quiet room, good bathroom with excellent shower

Breakfast not great - coffee terrible- weak watery tea-good coffee shops nearby though

Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order. Great location in the middle of town. Comfy bedroom.

Gaining entrance to the property when the front door was locked. No bell to ring, you had to knock on the window and hopped somebody heard you.

Entering and exiting the building on Mondays and Tuesdays is awkward and inconvenient. There's a lot of noise pollution; humming and whirring.

A very nice hotel but with a noisy disturbing nightclub

The room for three persons was big and very nice. The breakfast was delicious.

The noice from the nightclub was so much worse than I had ever thought was possible. The start of the breakfastserving was too late

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay and I highly recommend the Hayes to anyone staying in Thurles!!

The staff were so friendly, it is ideally located and the food and services were amazing!!

lovely room, helpful and friendly reception, bar and breakfast staff great, breakfast was lovely, food was excellent!

noise from disco both nights until 2.15 am. very unruly guests in room across from ours on Sunday night, banging doors, shouting in hall, singing in room and generally out of control with no regard for other guests..

Small room but comfy, quiet and warm. Nice coffee making facilities. Nice food at the restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Very nice staff.

Bring your jumper to the restaurant as it is on the cold side.
