Estuvimos cómodos y descansamos bien

Ubicación perfecta

Había hervidor de agua, café instantáneo, azúcar más no habían cucharitas o algo con que mover la preparación del cafe

Excelente

Particularmente estava tudo ótimo, proximo à estação de trem, bem como de restaurantes, porto de La Spezia. Facilidade de ingressar no quarto, tudo novo, limpeza impecável. A anfitriã super disponível!

Choose something else

You book one address and receive another at the last moment. This is the first big unpleasant surprise. For the managers of these apartments, you have no value as a customer. You write, call to clarify the details, no one answers you for several days. You are asking for support Booking.com contact the apartments, after that you will receive an robot response with link. You will live in one room of the apartment and other unknown people will live in the other two rooms. This is not in the description before booking. If you check in after 18h, you will be charged extra money 20€ -30€, although everything is paid in advance. Being a customer Booking.com over the years this is the first time I've seen such poor service. It is a pity that Booking.com lowers its reputation by offering such options for booking.

Great until the air condition kept us awake

The location is excellent. Very convenient to train station & buses. Also just a step away for food. The room is clean. Staff is excellent.

Everything was great until the air condition making a loud noise in the early morning which kept us awake & we didn’t have great night. We switched off the air cond but it still making noise until another 30 minutes. As it was a hot night we don’t have air cond nor a fan! No apology from the owner or offer compensation.

Go somewhere else

I liked the location and the balcony

No service, problem reaching the people who were supposed to check us in. We had problems with the air con but they didn’t try to help us in any way, they even turned off the phone. We paid for Lia Rooms 4 (3-star), but only got nr. 2 (2-star).

Expensive small room

It was clean and near the restaurants and the train station.

There is no parking, you need to find a place in the blue spaces on the street and pay for it. It's a room in an apartment and you have the impression that someone could enter at any time. You need to pay 20 euro for check-in between 6-8pm and 30 euro between 8-10pm.

Nice service, comfortable room in good location. Nothing luxury but definietly enough to stay for 2/3 nights.

I think this hotel has a good value for money.

The location is excellent. There are a couple of lovely, inexpensive restaurants downstairs. Near the historical center and the train station, from where you can get to the Cinque Terre. Despite one of the central streets, the room is quiet and cozy.

The room is small enough for four people. There were no photos of the second room, where a person was sleeping almost on the floor. The room was not ready at the time of check-in.

Cost effective, but you get what you pay for.

Location was good, close to all required amenities. The price was decent for the location.

The person who booked us in was very impatient as we tried to find an ATM nearby to pay the city tax, there should've been a card option on hand (had to walk a bit to get to their office) or should've let us know earlier. The tripping hazards in the room (near the bed, entrance to the balcony) are dangerous, and should be marked up better. The mattress is poor, not ideal if you want to rest your back after hiking in cinque terre.

the location, close to the train station. the room is clean, on the pedestrian way. next to everything.

Maybe is us, but how you get the key is odd. We went to the location mentioned on booking, but is just a bell. we phoned, somebody came and brought us to a different location. not a bad one. but different. there are 3 rooms in an apartment. no heat in the bathroom. an aircon in the room. so you can get heat. but very noisy.

Crazy owner

The owner did not want to give us a room, dobbel booking. She scream to us on the phone, amazing bad to do. After 19 min we got another room in a bad area.

Clean room worth the money

the room and the bathroom were very clean. it’s situated in a good place, near a square in the historical center. the staff very nice, helpful and polite.

the owner was very rude at the phone. we called the day before our arrival to ask if we could let our luggage before the check-in time but she told us to call only in the morning of the check-in and she hang up the phone. she could be nicer with the tourists and understand their needs.

amazing!

spacious room and bathroom. only 6 minutes away from the train station. clean and comfortable. friendly staff, the lady who welcomed us was very nice, I see a lot of negative reviews about that. it has a small fridge and water heater with instant coffee. our room also had a balcony which was very nice. I’ll be back!

Great location-great facilities

The location was very central and close to the station. Room was big enough and clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay

Place was a little difficult to find because Google maps took us to the next street. Check in was a little difficult but only because of the language barrier and we were lost

Superb

the location was great, spotless clean and the mattress was super comfortable allowing a decent rest.

the lady in charge who showed us the room was rushing us as she had 'other guests to check in' although we were made waiting for here to show up for nearly 10 mins.
