Room itself was nice, good kitchen facilities, Bathroom.

The fridge inside the room was loud, the air-conditioning was louder than that and made a buzzing noise. The rooms near the main road are loud because the cars that drive past can make a lot of noise.

quite pleasant but would prefer to stay at Mawson Lakes Hotel, free secure parking less cost

Additional cost of parking at $15 per night makes the stay pretty much a $200 per night room and it definitely wasnt that, The reception desk staff were really lovely though. The rooms were clean also nice coffee in the rooms:-) The split system in the room definitely needs attention.

nice relaxing place to stay with a very nice restaurant & nice cafe just a short walk for breakfast

it was in a nice quiet location

it was a $66 taxi fare from the airport to the motel

facilities were clean and comfortable and suited our needs and location

clean and comfortable, small room but had everything we needed, staff were friendly and helpful

Sound travelled very easily. People talking and laughing loudly a room or two away until after midnight was annoying and a person who spent half an hour at 6am persistently knocking at someone's door nearby was not conducive to sleeping soundly.

The light was not working in the room. The coffee pod had a coffee pot left in it. They said sorry, but that's just dirty. Will not be staying again.

Coffee espresso machine their was an old espresso pod left it from the other person staying in that room. It shows the room was not checked or cleaned properly.

Very Spacious, complete kitchenwares for simple cooking, big bathroom complete with washing machine, beds are comfy , , ,Very Good location, a bit pricey though

Dirty Kitchenwares, pots pans plates spoon still have the previous customers food still on it, Big cobweb in the middle of the living room, found a couple of hair on the bed.. makes me doubt if the sheets have been changed or not

The overall experience was great. Friendly staff and neat rooms. Location was great with a supermarket around the corner and the train station only a short walk. Lots of restaurants and take away nearby.

The bathroom could use a deep clean once a week. There was mould on the grout in the shower, and the toilet seat was a little loose. The carpets could also benefit from a carpet shampoo once a month just to keep up the overall cleanliness.

Parking space not free and may park off site

It has all the facilities we were after except parking space。

On site parking space is not allocated automatically, I didn't know and ended up with off site paid parking space, it was inconvenience.
