I used to always like the street where the hotel is located. Nice balcony with a relatively good view, comfortable bed.

As I said earlier, it is necessary to clean or better change the air conditioners, carry out a general cleaning in the shower room with a toilet and make repairs. The hotel is a bit tired. And if we talk about more important things, then the locals need to stop overpricing for their services, it used to be a wonderful place. And now there are a few people who know what the salt of life is. And the grabbers spoil the resort and make Phuket as a whole not a popular tourist destination. Laundry services from 50 to 80 baht. Are you serious, it really costs 20 baht. To eat in a cafe ordering one dish for 300 baht is rudeness. A full bowl of beef soup costs 50 baht. Still annoying fetish or unhealthy interest in the passport. Not having time to talk about the price of the service, they already require a passport - this is absurd. Renting a moped is such a simple thing, but no. Landlords require a passport or a deposit of 3,000 baht or more. Yes, for such a price, you can buy a used scooter and use it for your own pleasure. What is else? Oh these "businessmen" from the CIS countries and not only - such a thing. People, as soon as you start treating others the way you would like to be treated, your life will immediately become better.

worst hotel in phuket.

HORRIBLE!!worst hotel i stay im phuket. aircon not working, there is mold everywhere. lots of ants. the place is very old. cannot see in the foto. when you walk in to the room there is bad smell like umidity. the staff is the worst. i want to change a room and the lady from reception screaming at me. very rude. i dont expect ti be trated like this in my vacation. i had to leave the hotel becouse the mold couse me allergic reaction and i was felling sik. ther isnt any swimming pool. really not recomend this place if you want ruin your holiday.

Poor facility and not clean. Air conditioning leaking, bathroom door can't close properly, room not clean, old furniture's. Definitely not worth

Got nothing to complain about

It's not a super luxurious hotel. But they gave us free snacks everyday and the facilities are good too. Don't have anything to complain about

The location is a bit to the side. Not right smack on the middle of things

A perfectly decent stay in a rather noisy town. Staff is lovely.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. No complaints, everyone worked hard. They can't control the noise level. They were kind enough to move to me to the top floor which helped a lot. This is a VERY NOISY place, not their fault. Patong is a party town and I don't party. Bad move on my part.

Noise .But that's not something the staff can change.

Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Very good value for money

Very good value for money On Nanai road and has many amenities close by for example convenience store, pharmacy, massage etc Role was very spacious with shower and toilet. Room was cleaned everyday to good standard Can reach main road (Phang Muang Sai Kor) and Bangla road quickly via taxi (5 mins)

Far from the main road (Phang Muang Sai Kor) and Bangla road and need taxi. Takes around 15-20 mins walk to the main road and 30+ mins walk to Bangla road

The location

The curtains were full of blood and the air conditioning was leaking. Had to move rooms. The rooms aren't very clean
