Great location, room and staff

We are a couple backpacking SEA.The hotel was perfect for what we needed it for and the room was nice and clean. The air con was great too. The staff were amazing and accommodated us to an extra night stay very last minute as my boyfriend became ill. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Very good

It was very affordable. The room has enough space for 2. It had a fridge with 2 plastic bottles of water. The A/C's wing was broken, but it still worked.

The location. It's quite far from the center of Patong. It took more than 20 mins to walk.

hotel noisy was not fun.

The hotel is incredibly noisy. You can here everything from the other rooms because everything echos unfortunately i booked two weeks. I was catching up on sleep during the day. The staff both reception and cleaners are lovely.

The noise is too much. i can hear people in the other room turning their light switches on and off. i’m not exaggerating. i had to move my bed away from the wall because i can here the other guest having conversafions. I hope the hotel can change the heavy wooden chairs which drag on the floor, and you can hear them all day and night. its honestly the worst experience. This is not the kind of place you wanna stay if you value your sleep. The walls have no instalation, everything echos. if you are deaf, then there are no problems with this hotel for you. horrible

Price/Performance TOP and helpful staff. Also everything necessary within reach or easy to organize.

If you still get a room here, you can be happy. Because for the prices, the equipment is more than good. super helpful staff. Cab booking opposite. pleasantly quiet rooms. Also still not too far away for a small snack, supermarket or discos.

Very disappointed about the room and the hotel overall.

Fairly spacious room Staff (only 1 or 2) is friendly

Room are not well equipped. The room's restroom is so old and bad and poorly equipped! They even dont have the manhole cover in the restroom! Also no slippery in the room too while the room floor is always dirty because of not properly cleaning. Also, the bed is fill with small dust! The billiard table is broken with not enough balls, sticks are too old to be used.

Excellent value for a money a short walk from Patong Beach.

We stayed in a balcony room which had wonderful mountain views. The room was spacious with lots of day light. The bathroom was a decent size with good shower. The bed was HUGE though a little hard for our liking. Provided with house keeping services daily, including fresh towels and linen. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay several times at short notice. We loved staying here.

Good hotel in quiet location of patong , but still close to the action

really friendly helpful staff . I checked out 1 day early because my plans had changed and I received an email saying next time I come she won’t charge me for 1 night . I also went on a day trip tour to James Bond island but tour guide needed my passport which I didn’t want to take with me so the kind lady photocopied my passport and vaccine certificate which he watched her do then he was happy to take them instead .

Denmark owner was really helpful and friendly. He was really nice and welcome all the time. Good that I met him sometimes. if I only met Thai owner soo my holiday trip in this hotel could be really bad for me.

Thai owner always looks mad and moody all the time. not helpful not welcome and not friendly with me at all. this Thai owner just make me not happy to stay in this hotel.

Great Hotel, great location, absolute VFM

Hardly a 15min walk from all the action on Walking Street and Jungceylon mall, Memory Patong was a perfect place to stay. Huge spacious rooms, clean toilets and a balcony. The lobby is very well done, bikes are available for rent at the reception for nominal rates. I rented a Yamaha Nmax for 350baht a day. Special mention to the elderly lady who manages the place. She even helped us book a taxi to the airport for 800baht. There's a 7/11 about 3 minutes walk from the Hostel. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

AC was a little weak. Took 30 minutes to cool the room, but the staff was very helpful and sorted out the issue immediately.
