Au top, super hôtel, super personnel, accueillis en français. Hôtel tellement bien que nous avons prolongé notre séjour.

FANTASTICO HOTEL PARA CUANDO VAYAS A VIENA

La habitación espaciosa y el baño muy grande. El ambiente muy acogedor y como estar en casa. La ubicación junto a la zona de Schonbrunn que es perfecta. Hay restaurantes magnificos en la zona. Salir y pasear al Schonbrunn super fácil. Tambien hay tiendas en un pasaje muy cerca. Todo a mano... Hasta nos hicieron un regalo de navidad cuando llegamos.

Lo consiglio

La posizione dell' hotel è strategica. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla reggia della principessa Sissi. A 1 minuto dalla metro dove è possibile raggiungere tutti gli angoli di Vienna.

La moquette non è di mio gradimento. Spazio un po' risicato. Bagno troppo piccolo.

Great location; close to transportation and attractions, super helpful staff, cozy hotel that resembles Vienna. Though the facilities need some renovation, the stay was overall good value for money.

close to subway and palace, shops nearby, christmas decorations, confortable bed, clean room, place where you can leave your luggage.

I would have liked it to be warmer. I am the kind of person with 22 degrees in the room.

I recommend this hotel, I would come back here. A successful stay.

Typical Viennese, a quiet, pleasant place, with nice and welcoming staff. We liked that it is a 2-minute walk to the U4 metro station, buses or trams. Very close to Schonbrunn: a metro station from the main entrance or a few minutes walk to a secondary entrance. Varied breakfast, very good coffee. Towels changed and daily cleaning. The perfect place for a vacation in Vienna. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you!

Very close to the Vienna Zoo, close to the U4 station. The room was big and clean, even if it faced the street it was very quiet. We stayed only for 2 nights, but got our room cleaned and new towels the first day. Tea and coffee in the room. We checked in late, after 22, but the lady at the front desk was very nice and waited for us. Thank you for a lovely stay!

No negative thoughts! Everything was great!

Beautiful building and interior. Quiet, clean, elegant. I would stay there again, no doubt.

Simple, yet rich breakfast. Location: Schönbrunn, a couple of minutes away (walk); metro - a five-minute walk; roughly 15-20 minutes (metro+walk) to get the Old Town.

The staff could definitely improve in friendliness and kindness. I didn't feel comfortable at all. The cleaning lady came into the room in the morning at 7:30 while I was still in bed. They let a plumber into my bathroom without even warning me.

Nice hotel, nearby Schonbrunn palace, the lady from the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was clean with all the necesary things in the bathroom. We also had water , tea and cofee in the room.
