Beautiful property in the heart of Marrakech.

It’s a beautiful property with great attention to detail that makes it feel very special and luxurious. The bath was the stand out! Helene went out of her way to make my stay great. She even packed me something to eat for my flight as I left very early in the morning.

Wifi wasn’t very good and the bed was quite hard.

Very nice typical riad with lovely vernacular architectural features. Great place to stay and experience a riad in all its fullness either by using the small pool on the ground floor or the roof terrace to look at the medina .

The location is great, close to one of the gates of the medina but very quiet in a peaceful street. Less than 25 minutes walking distance to Jardin Majorelle or Jemaa el-fna. Hélène decorated the medina in style, with beautiful local and modern combinations in materials and furniture. She said it is still in progress so it will only get better. She was very helpful and always reachable by whatsapp.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable hotel. Amazing and professional staff. I would like to thank all people working on the hotel especially. We really enjoy our stay at Riad Zahir. It was a very nice building, had a nice pool, amazing rooftop. also the location was perfect and the host was super friendly, informative. She was really nice and welcoming, always tried to make you feel like you’re actually at home.

Excellent Riad in the medina that has been nicely renovated and decorated by Helene while keeping a traditional feel. Our bathroom was really beautifully done. Helene is really accommodating.

Wifi could be improved perhaps by a repeater to strengthen the signal as it seems that only from the last floor you can access it but again better spend your time getting lost in the souks rather than surf online.
