Very clean b&b and attentive staff really helpful and would highly recommend would definitely stay here again next time..breakfast lovely

Parking was an issue but not there fault.. was given a ticket ..it is free just finding a place nearby as on a busy road maybe a problem but don't detract from the experience don't let this put you off

Manageable

Proximity to Peasholm park, the theatre and the beach.

The toilet seat was old, with stains running on both sides of the U bend. It will need a change to fit the modern design of the rest of the bathroom. The curtain also had stains. Also, I have had more filling breakfast. The idea of breakfast included encouraged the booking, but I would have gotten better portions if I planned for breakfast in the shops.

Breakfast lovely location perfect lovely park on doorstep seafront five minute walk ten minute walk into town .shop a cafe and restaurant right across the road

The only slight blip was the was the road busy at times during the day but not a problem at night

Enjoyed our few days away, if almost felt normal.

It was nice. We have stayed in several different B & Bs on same road. They are all very good, this was more expensive.

There was nothing to dislike except the room above us could be heard, drawers opening, tv etc. They were early risers too. I know that can't be helped.

Lovely, clean, comfortable guesthouse in a great location. Perfect host and delicious breakfast.

Lovely Gillian is the perfect host in this very clean and tidy guesthouse in a great location very close to North Bay and Peasholm Park. She was extremely welcoming, making sure that everyone had everything they needed and provided a most delicious breakfast each morning. I had a single room with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. All measures were in place for current restrictions. It was lovely not to have children running around and my stay was enjoyable and peaceful. Thank you so much, Gillian. I will be back!

Great stay

We were met at the door by the owner Gillian who made us feel very welcome , she was friendly and explained all we needed to know. Room was very clean and tidy and had a really comfy large bed, breakfast was excellent and there was more than enough on offer to eat, cooked breakfast well cooked and nice and hot . This guest house is within walking distance of all amenities and we would definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay Gillian .
