Instalaciones viejas, cortinas presentaban moho, lavamanos un poco deteriorados, el asensor viejo

Buena ubicación, un poco caro pero en general bien

La habitación está limpia, las camas son buenas y hay agua caliente siempre (por lo menos cuando lo necesite)

El ascensor no para de cerrar cuando le metes la mano, hay que tener cuidado

The room was dark. The toilet leaks under the cistern and under the sink. The TV remote control contained old, broken, non-working salt batteries.

In general the location and the cleanliness, the hotel is real good, better than other around there.

The staff are a little bad with the people. They look like have a bad day.

My mistake never have any problems in other hotels

It was the worst hotelI ve been in the bed had cigarettes burs they move me to the 3 floor no internet I wanted my daughter had to cancel from NY leve at 8 pick up my 💼 the worst hotel

A basic hotel with basic facilities. If it was cheaper I'd recommend it for one night stays.

Good location

It's not a 4-star hotel as it was announced, the lobby/reception is spacious but the rooms are basic, like for a 1 or 2 star hotel. It's not super comfortable, there's one power socket which is above the bed in the middle (where the lamp is as well...), which is very unusual, and not comfy. There should be two on the sides. There's no a/c nor a fan (they weren't in the description but still for a 4-star hotel it should be there. The rooms are small and you can hear everything from the corridor. It's generally old and needs refubrishment.

Location and price = perfection

Location is the best. Rooms are clean and staff is attentive.

There were noises. And the water pump went on frequently. I do recommend you to wear some kind of noise canceling gadget if you struggle to sleep with noises around.

You get what you pay for. With low price comes low expectations

it's in a good area and it's well priced

Beds are uncomfortable, room is cold and very dirty. There were blood stains on the bed

good for a budget stay just for sleep

Locations was good, shower temperature was great and fast to get warm.

Bed was not very comfortable, they didn't want to provide an extra towel we requested, wifi was not reliable, couldn't work from the hotel with confidence.

Dirty instalations and very bad night

The location

Room wasnt clean, there was hair on the pillowcase and bathroom was dirty, strange because its mentioned that do to covid they are extra clean, which wasnt true, not to mention that water came out brown from the sink and super noisey at night and in the morning there was another very noisey event in the hotel.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest (moisture liking flies were constantly in the shower)

At best only fair considering the price. Feel I over paid.

Personnel and service was good.

Room not ready at check in. Only bath towels provided no wash or hand towels provided. Lighting in room only about 40 watts.

A decent budget option close to Paseo de la Reforma

This was a moderate price hotel, about as cheap as you can find with a/c. Some rooms have a/c some dont. The hotel is a bit dated...my guess circa 1974, rooms a bit dated but the price is right. It is just off the Paseo de la Reforma but the streets in there are a bit hard to navigate and a taxi seems to go around a lot to get in front of the hotel, but this is common around here. I did get a very good sleep and I needed it!!! So for what I paid I was happy. Room even had an iron that worked.

All was ok for the price I paid.

2 star hotel. Don't expect much more.

Location is great, close to city center and other tourist areas. Price was decent for the location. However if you can increase your budget by a little, there are better options nearby.

outdated rooms, T.V did not function. Rooms tend to get hot and there is no fan on the rooms. Elevators are not properly insulated and provide static shocks.

Awful and even dangerous

The location is close to main metropolitan sites of interest.

The room was not clean when I arrived. The bed is uncomfortable and the linings very precarious. The staff failed with basic politeness like saying good morning when they address you. The breakfast was always the same and never good. Lacked healthy choices. The facilities were in very bad condition. The elevator door even opened up to the open shaft in a frightening and dangerous scene. Awful experience.

Great location, no noise, good for short stay.

Great location, no noise

The restaurant closes around 3 pm so you have to leave the hotel for evening dinner. No coffee available late afternoon or evenings and no facilities in the room.
