Great Apartment in the heart of Bologna

Great location, very clean with excellent facilities. Shared terrace was lovely. We stayed over a very hot period and the air-conditioning was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Great place to stay!!

Clean, comfortable and we loved the balcony for a quiet drink in the afternoon.

The property was large, had two bathrooms, an exceptional balcony, clean and comfortable.

Overall, great place to stay in when visiting Bologna.

Easy check in, clear instructions

There were a lot of steps in the property which made it slightly difficult for us since we had a toddler with a pram

The room was small but as advertised. There had been an issue with the original room and the host discounted the cost of the smaller room.

I'd book this place again

The location is great, the apartment is a great size for a couple. The hosts are very helpful. The bed was big and comfortable. The terrace is lovely in the sun and the area is surprisingly quiet for how Central it is. There's a selection of great restaurants close by (pizza Michele and biassanot) and a lovely gelataria (majori).

The walls are thin so the noise from next door apartments can be disruptive to the peace and quiet. What you're paying for here is the location, the apartment itself is a little rough around the edges in terms of upkeep and decor considering the price but very clean.

Very convenient and comfortable

Very convenient location, in an old, beautiful building. The apartment was very spacious, including all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The furniture was somewhat worn out, not in particularly good condition. But this is a minor detail essentially.

I liked everything about the property and have recommended it to others. The street it’s on has some graffiti which doesn’t give the true kerb appeal that the beautiful street truly deserves. But graffiti is common across Italy, so don’t let this put you off

Brilliant

the apartment was very spacious and clean. The shared terrace was really nice, we had breakfast there and it was lovely. We arrived before the room was ready and they let us leave the luggage in their office and they gave us a map with some recommendations. Really pleasant stay!

The hot water takes a little bit to run and we didn’t have hot water during a morning. However, this is because they were doing some works in the street.

The apartment is very well located, close to the historical center. We were greeted by friendly staff who gave us tips about the city. The apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as we were expecting.

We were five in the apartment and the single sofa bed that was installed in the living room was not comfortable.

Very pleased and will use again

Excellent location in the historical heart of Bologna. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate our group and also equipped with all necessary to feel cozy and welcome. We appreciated the coffee and tea by our hosts courtesy.

Not all switch outlets worked and some of them came straight from the wall when we tried to charge phones.

We liked the location, ease of access and check-in as well as the check out process. The staff was very polite and helpful. They let us leave our luggage there after checking ouy, before our flights.

In one flat there was a horrible "sewer" smell coming out of the bathroom and the sheets on one of the beds were stained.

great stay with a beautiful shared balcony

the room was large with a beautiful shared balcony. large sitting space inside the room with a small kitchenette for anyone that wanted to cook their own food (although i would recommend to eat out every night the food was incredible)

it was almost like a dorm and not the best of entrances. You have to get your key from a separate building down the road but overall the stay was good.
