Perła w Siem Rep - polecam!

Wspaniały hotel z niesamowicie urokliwym basenem oraz bujną roślinnością, można poczuć prawdziwą egzotykę :) Pokój duży, komfortowy i wygodny. Lokalizacja w bardzo przyjemnej okolicy, do samego centrum ok. 10 min. na pieszo, ale przed hotelem czekają przesympatyczni tuk tukarze, z których usług polecam skorzystać. Nigdzie na świecie nie spotkałam tak przemiłego personelu, wszyscy uśmiechnięci, chętni do udzielenia wszelkich wskazówek/pomocy oraz niesamowicie uprzejmi - dziękujemy!

Leuk en goed hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven in Siem Reap

Ontbijt was heel goed en personeel heel vriendelijk. Ze stonden altijd voor je klaar. Ze hebben zelf een oude Cadillac om je naar het vliegveld te brengen (tegen een redelijk prijs)

However overall it was a good deal , fir what we paid.

The position was great. The pool area very nice.

As we were coming to a 5 star resort the expectations were high, I stayed in different places around the world and in Siem Reap (3x). I didn’t felt like being in a super special place. The breakfast , even if I don’t eat much in the morning , from my point of view was poor for such a structure. We had a massage , me and my son, it was good! Worth the money ? Not really. Sorry for that. Late evening I asked for a glass of milk and honey, they brought me small glass of milk and NO honey! It was to treat my throat. In the early morning , I had to bring my luggage to the taxi. It’s ok but from a resort like this expectation are different.

妹との旅行で3泊利用しました。日本人からしても、口コミ通りきれいだった！繁華街と比較的近いけれど、程よい距離なので騒がし過ぎずでちゃうどよかったです！お花を飾られてて嬉しかった！ウェルカムドリンクもよかったです！サンライズツアーの時にちゃんと朝ごはん持たせてくれました！！ウォーターサーバーも◎

目の前にTuktukのおっちゃんが待ち伏せてることくらいでしょうか…

Nice. Carm relaxing

It was naturally green and relaxing, a change from high rise hotels, a real find, pitty we had to move on, beware of taxi drivers acting as local tourist guides

Having travelled to more than 50 countries in my time on the planet there was nothing not to like

We would book there again, except on a weekend

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They tried hard to fulfill every request. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory, cooked options are available on request.

On Fridays and Saturdays there is live - partly very loud, music on the roof top. If like us, you like to to go to bed early this can be very disturbing.

Amazingly welcoming staff in great location

Great central location, yet on quite road next to river. Lovely pool, good sized room and all areas kept immaculately. Extremely attentive and lovely staff.

Improvement suggestion to bathroom

Nice location, helpful & friendly staff. Nice restaurant with good choice of food

The shampoo, conditioner in small ceramic bottles, whilst unusual, are Not convenient to use, - they are slippery to handle, difficult to read which is which, esp for older customers. Suggest to change to make it easier & convenient types.

Nice place needing improvement

cozy and with an awesome swimming pool

cleanness of rooms wasn’t at its best. breakfast choice was minimal, noisy tourists jumping in the pool.

Large rooms , comfy beds . quiet location close to the center !

the rooms are large , the beds are very comfy ! hotel is located in a good position. centrally located quiet position.away from the busy center but within walking distance . All the staff members are lovely and very helpful

the breakfast can be approved . no fresh juices ( except if you pay 3.50 $ for fresh O J ) . There were too many mosquitoes in our private garden so we could not sit outside.

A beautiful & clean resort.

This resort is beautiful! The staff are very attentive to your needs & are very polite & friendly. We had a Garden view room & was large, clean with a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was great & they are the first resort/hotel that I have been to that provide ALL bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, shower cap, EVERYTHING! the swimming pool was lovely & the trees provide shade from the sun. The buffet breakfast was really good too. A 2km walking distance to Pun Street or you can catch a tuk tuk just outside the resort.

The only think I can think of was that there was no barman at the pool bar so when you wanted a drink, you had to find a staff member. This was only a small thing though.

the property is clean the staff are friendly and it is well located

do not ask the property to arrange transport we had a 3.5 hour journey the property said they could arrange transport. I asked if it was safe they said yes it is out trusted driver! we paid 80 USD for the transport the car that turned up was dirty and old this is ok I can live with that. the driver was young he drove at high speed even when. I asked him not to. he spent all his time on his mobile phone laughing and joking with friends and was totally distracted from the road. at one point he put us in a very dangerous position and almost hit a huge truck. I had enough we where scared at that point I told him loudly to slow down right now he did for about the next ten mins then proceeded to make and receive calls and pick up speed. I have reported this to the property who do not seem concerned they said what would you like us to do about it! the car was un safe one of the wheels made a loud knocking noise and the tyres where not legal. it was an un necessary risk they should not of put us in this position and they do not seem to care that they did. he drove so fast the 3.5 hour journey took 2 hours 15 mins

Loving Lynnaya Urban River Resort

This beautiful, modern, and well maintained hotel and property is a must for anyone coming to Siem Reap. The Reception and common areas , pool area are quiet, intimate, and like a tropical jungle! What makes the property even better are the young staff members who welcome you and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and important to them. The Massage and Spa treatments are also a must!

Can't Wait To Return!

We loved our time in Cambodia and had the most wonderful experience of local hospitality by the staff at Lynnaya! We were treated like royalty and made to feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The onsite restaurant is excellent with a huge menu and everything cooked to perfection. The rooftop bar is a great spot to drink and dine and the happy hour between 5pm and 7pm was hard to ignore with half priced cocktails too good to pass up! Easy walking distance to markets, Pub Street etc or just a short tuk tuk ride. We will happily return to Lynnaya Resort again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful staff, facilities and location.

Everything! This place is wonderful! staff are beautiful, warm and inviting. The pool and bar area is awesome!

The price is a bit steep so if I did stay here again I would wait if a special was available.
