Excellent location. Lovely property

Excellent location

There were a few small bits of maintenance needing done. We pointed these out but they weren’t repaired during our stay.

Muy recomendable en el corazón de Roma

Excelente ubicación . Puedes ir andando a todos los puntos de interés turístico. Amplio y luminoso, es tal cual las fotos . Cocina equipada en la que se puede cocinar y además tienen lavadora si tu estancia es más larga.

Ubicación excelente, apartamento muy amplio y cómodo.

Tenía una ubicación fantástica, se podía ir caminando a todos sitios. Era grande y cómodo para una familia. Muy completo.

Breakfast was not included. Location was excellent. The apartment was clean.

The A/C in this apartment did not work well at all. They sent someone to look at it. He just washed the air filters and left. The air was still not cooling the apartment well. The apartment had to full bathrooms, the first bathroom had a shower with very low ceilings. The second bathroom had a tub.

Good central location but details detracted from overall experience.

Location was central. Flat was spacious and modern. A little oasis away from the crowds.

Few dislikes. The kitchen stools are too big so you cannot get your legs under the island to eat a meal properly. There is no chopping board, oven dish and only 5 mugs. 20 euro spent kitting the kitchen a bit better would be a good investment before summer season. We also disliked that there were no duvet covers. Only sheets so you ended up sleeping with an uncovered duvet that is not very hygienic and looked like they needed a good clean. Radiator in en-suite bathroom not working so it was freezing and wall lamp in lounge not working so bit dark.

A very beautiful and spacious apartment in an ideal location. Very well equipped. It was very quiet despite the very central location.

Only a very minor issue - it would have been easier to have a cover for the duvet rather than 2 sheets to cover it!

This apartment has it all....location, comfort, space!!!

Fantastic apartment....great location, clean, comfortable, spacious. Short walking distance from many attractions such as the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc......Countless cafes, restaurants, shops just outside the door. Hosts were very helpful and always contactable.... Will stay here again next time I’m in Rome 💞

Apartment has gone downhill, not a good value for the price

Two blocks from Trevi Fountain. You can't beat the location. Easy to get to most of the popular tourist attractions in Rome from this place. Many good restaurants nearby.

We stayed in this place two years ago. At that time I would have rated it four stars. It was the reason we wanted to come back and stay there on our most recent visit to Rome. But the condition of this apartment has gone seriously downhill in two years. What was most disturbing about the apartment was the extent of mold in both of the bathrooms when we checked in. There was considerable mold in the washing machine as well. It was absolutely disgusting, like no one had cleaned anything in months. My wife had to scrub down the walls in both bathrooms before we even felt comfortable going in there. Then the shower in the one bathroom, which was one of those hand held shower heads, was broken. We couldn't even stand in the tub and take a shower there without the shower coil coming off the holder and writhing like a snake when the water was on. The other shower wouldn't drain. Beds were comfortable but you can only run the AC in one room at a time without tripping the breaker. We had issues with the WiFi as well. Poor communication from the owners on the correct SSID and WiFi password kept us from successfully logging on the first day. The WiFi only works in close proximity to the router. When we went into the rear bedroom our WiFi connection was lost on any device. The owners need to improve the quality of the WiFi. The best thing this place has going for it is the location. Very centrally located for Rome. I realize everything is very expensive these days in Rome. But for 300+ euros per night for this place I think most people could do better and find a place for as much or less that wasn't as run down. The plumbing in this place is in serious need of repair. The dishwasher in the kitchen wasn't even bolted into the cabinet. We have plans to go back to Rome again next year but I would never stay at EVE Guest House again. My advice is look around for better values on lodging.
