Very uncomfortable, not worth the price.

To many insects & lizards, you will get bitten all night in your sleep. Owners dog will constantly bark you every time you walk in or out. No AC. If you’re allergic to bees/ wasp… good luck

The view was amazing, breakfast is really good. We had one meditation experiencie it was really nice. The hosts Luce and Massimo are really helpfull and gave us a lot of usefull tips.

It was close to everything. Quite and beautiful. The hosts were very friendly. There was hot water.

Not all the rooms have a sea view, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there.

- The location of the place in the middle of the nature is perfect for a relaxing stay - Delicious breakfast - The hosts are very welcoming and will help you identify plenty of activities to do in the area - The room is very spacious and has a mezzanine where you can telework, do yoga, etc.

wonderful! we‘ll come back to stay longer

A very peacful and calm place a quick 20 min. walk away from the town up the mountain with a stunning view. Little shops and a very nice spanish restaurant just around the corner. The hosts- Luce and Massimo- are extremely helpful with everything ❤️ And simply the way they are present and run this place is a joy to be around too. We will come back 😀👍 The rooms are designed with love and all windows and doors equipped with mosquitonets so one doesn’t need the ones over the bed and can leave simply the air flow through 👍😀

Its a small walk from the center and very dark at night but I did pick this spot in consideration of its peaceful location.

highly recommended accomodation

we spent two nights at el mirador al mar while being on a road trip thru the dom. rep. and we absolutely loved it, its so calm up there on the hill, amazing view and only two driving minutes from downtown sosua. great host, from the very first moment on they let us feel like being home, beautiful room and so proper, what we appreciated very much. breakfast was delicious and massimo the host cooked dinner for us including dessert all was homeade and soo yummy!! we will come back when visiting dom. rep. again!! tanti saluti

Priceless experience. Lovely owners, amazing location, great accommodation and food.

Luce and Maximo have created something very very special. If you want peaceful and beautiful but also close to everything then this place is perfect. It is the best place I have stayed in the whole of DR and possibly the world! This beautiful couple work so hard to make sure everyone's stay is the best possible, they are so friendly, so welcoming and so accommodating. Breakfasts are great and they even cook for you at lunch and in the evenings if you want (healthy chocolate deserts too!!!). This is super useful and also super high quality too. It is a great place for single travelers as it eems to attract very nice people probably because it is so beautiful and quiet. Even better if you like meditation and yoga. Its like paradise. The rooms are spacious, super clean and are really well designed by the owners. Great attention to detail and lots of good energy. So thankful to have found this place will come back and tell all my friends and family about it if could give it 6 stars I would. Thank you Luce and Maximo!!!!

Super relaxing space with great hosts!

We highly recommend staying there, super relaxing, beautiful and extraordinarily clean. The hosts are very polite and super friendly. We didn't want to leave, they have an adorable dog, Zeus, who kept us company
