Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal ,Frühstück in Gemeinschaftsküche, familiäre Atmosphäre ,zentrale Lage, schnell zu Strand Alicia. Allem in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

It was not a good stay the Air conditioner don’t work and fans are old.As well, it smells like dust and old. The staff was not the helpful and no gas to cook inside the apartment private kitchen. Really hot in the night in the rooms.

This is a great place to go with your family. There area and the beaches are beautiful.

Everyone there was very nice, the pool was awesome and the surrounding areas are beautiful.

Something’s were a bit out dated.

I hated it so I end up leaving 2 days before.

I didn’t like anything about the place…

The place was very dirty. The rooms were very hot. The fans were not enough. Not enough water in the shower. The beds were not comfortable. Dirty towels. The Bridge was not cleaned and it did not get cold! The smell of the bathroom was awful. The place didn’t feel safe!

- richie is nice guy. - wifi - quared area perfect for couples

- overpriced - dont fool photos, swimmingpool doesnt work. - 16 percent tax? - shower (water preasure so least) - location (too far from beach) you need motor taxi one way 100 pesos. - owner lady - there are crazy mosquitos bited my legs even under blanket.

The accomodation was great, close walking to beach, restaurants, supermarket and main road but in a nice quiet area. Host was super great and helpful with everything. Place was very clean and perfect. I would always come back with my kids

Pay more get essentials.

Secured building , great workers, clean, close to amenities.

No TV, no air, shower, always cold,first apartment was great, but then I was moved to a no comfortable one,very humid no ventilation,never informed to bring cash for payment, and payment went up by 50usa $ then on state ment.

A comfortable home away from home.

My room was much larger than i expected! Antonia was a gracious hostess and treated me like family! This property is an unbetable value.

I can't think of anything. The property was spotless. No mold or mildew that is often found in tropical climates.

this is a house. This accommodation doesn’t have an reception. The keys weren’t working. I had to look her number up online and she didn’t want to come help us because it was 12AM. mind you there was nobody there to help us.

The Host and Staff were great ...I liked the fact that everything was in walking distance, quiet neighborhood...I had a great stay.

Like a part of a family

Family friendly welcome. Friendly and always assisting staff. Great location with a nearby good restaurant, a supermarket with an ATM. A quiet part of the town but still just a short walk from the centre.

Cold water in the shower, but this is normal in DR. You'll get used to it.

OVERRATED - NOT RECOMMENDED

Location okay

Generally overrated and too expensive for what they’re providing. Not recommend. At the payment they try to charge more than expected and written on the booking site, after a while and discussion we agreed with the payment written on booking. The place is quite old and smell of old actually, the kitchen has no basic tools to use it. Water was missing for almost of the stay with little or few chance to take a shower. Air conditioning is not included and if you want it you need to pay more money. The bathroom is pretty dirty and old, attaching pictures.
