Big place with an amazing view, close to the township

Amazing view and location. Lots of room and nice lounge area.

Bathrooms need a good clean, bit of black mould there. Otherwise the place was great.

Absolutely beautiful, definitely recommend.

Loved the whole house. The water pressure was fabulous and having 3 toilets was great. Sofas were very comfy and it had a great kitchen with a Mitsubishi fridge that made ice, great addition! I have to say we also met the owners family, who were lovely and very welcoming. They let us inspect the other smaller unit so we could see if it would suit our needs at a later date.

No face cloth and the single bed room had no towels. Luckily I could give up mine as I'd brought extra. The cleaning staff came well before check out time then went away once they saw us still there but then returned at 9.40 am (two vans of cleaners) and parked at neighbouring properties and stared at us. This made me feel uncomfortable and rushed, it's a little bit rude. If they had parked down on the street it would have been better.

The house got all we need.

My friends and I like the amenities especially the grill. It’s easy to use since it has a free gas.

The cupboard below the kitchen sink has a strong odour.

Great presentation inside and outside. If we return to Lake Tekapo, this will be our first choice

Lovely comfortable location.

Not a towel for each person but was delivered after a call A lot of lights not working properly. Heater in main bathroom not working. Poorly place power point in single room. For the price we paid we would of expected everything to be perfect.

Good location, property needs some interior work.

Location was good, there was a small view of the lake, walking distance to the small shops/restaurants. Good sized rooms, laundry facilities and WIFI, Great oven in the kitchen. Air con

This property looks warn, the walls were all marked and grubby looking, the grouting in the bathroom needs re doing, it looks grubby, cobwebs in the living room and a very musty smell, which after a bit of work turned out to be the sofas so not entirely pleasant. Stains on some of the throws that go on the beds. We paid a large amount of money for 2 nights and although it wasn’t bad, it definitely wasn’t worth the amount we paid and not a top notch property, although it easily could be!

Great house to rent in Tekapo!

Great house for our family of 5. Comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. We loved the extra blankets for late night star gazing on the patio!

No conditioner was provided in the showers. We brought our own, but a good heads up for other travelers.

That it held everything that my family needed. Washing machine, drier spacious rooms etc. We didn't realise how beautiful Tekapo was or how comfortable and we'll set up the house was. The gentleman I spoke to was so nice and welcoming, didn't catch his name though.

That we only booked for one night.

Nice comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of gorgeous Lake Tekapo.

Clean and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, electric blankets on the beds, washing machine and clothes dryer available for use. Easy walk to the lake and just a little bit further to the town centre.

The heat pumps heated the living room and master bedroom well, but the other bedrooms remained pretty cold. Without curtains in the living room, it didn’t feel very cosy (absolutely a First-World problem, I know!)

Nice warm house with good amenities. Good to have a dryer.

Not enough towels and hand towels. One towel per adult for a 3night stay is not enough. Had 2 toddlers with us too and there were no towels for them. Not enough pots. Would be gd if there was salt and pepper, salt was very low and used up straight away.
