Best location, clean, tidy and everything we needed!

Location was brilliant! Right in the centre of everything. Staff were fab and very welcoming, didn’t get her name but the lady that showed us around and put up some banners for the event was just wonderful! Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy! Apartment itself was much better than the photos, that would be my only bit of feedback…new updated photos as the current ones don’t do it justice! Thanks for a great stay Richmond :)

Hen weekend

Great location and great apartment to meet up with friends.

A few handles on kitchen cupboards are loose and need replacing. Male staff in the pub downstairs was a little miserable

Fab central location for a group overnight stay.

Location was super central. Less than 10 minutes from Lime Street and bang in the centre of the shopping and evening entertainment locations. Bedrooms on the top floor were really quiet with the windows closed. We visited for a family hen do and the living space provided a great room for games etc and fit 8 of us comfortably. Beds really comfy and clean. The decor reflected scouse style to a T. We particularly loved the chandelier in the living room! We had a fab overnight stay and would recommend and return again

The tap in the top bathroom was broken. Not a big issue but just got water everywhere.

Fabulous rooms and beds. Great location.

Tiny fridge not big enough for 11 people with food/drinks. Would recommend getting a separate beer fridge. No bathroom doors would lock/close properly.

You simply couldn't wish for a better location - it is right in the mix of Britain's most vibrant city. Liverpool is simply a fantastic destination - we stayed in Manchester on the previous day/night but the night life in Liverpool knocked socks off of Manchester.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen and extras.

Cleaner turned up at 7.30 whilst most were still in bed. No one there to refund key deposits on the day we left. Subsequently refunded by the owner a week later.
