Cheap but not so cheerful.

Night porter on reception desk was very friendly & polite.

The amount of long & short hairs in the bathroom & on floor in both bathroom & bedroom was just unacceptable!! The housemaids need sacking or clean mops/cloths.

Centralt läge. Perfekt med många enkelsängar i rymliga när kompisgäng reser ihop.

Good location but don't risk the loo

Great location and works well for a night away

Toilet was blocked and on leaving got told that it normally happens and the doors slam so loudly that you are woken by people leaving other rooms

Loved Liverpool as a city but would definitely pick a different hotel that has a lift next time x

The breakfast was lovely, location was near to everywhere we wanted to go, and staff were friendly

We had breakfast on the bank holiday Monday but not the next few mornings after that as we were told the next time there would be a breakfast served was Friday which was very disappointing. There was no lift and I struggle badly with breathing doing inclines and even more frustratingly the card key didn’t always work so I had to go back down to get the card reactivated and do the incline twice. There was no carpet on the floor of bedroom only flooring which personally I don’t like, it felt like . The wardrobe looked lovely but was very impractical as couldn’t hang my clothes up because the length was cut off by a shelf which was nailed in and couldn’t be removed.

definitely our first choice when ever we are in Liverpool

the location is perfect, plenty of parking available (controlled by others), staff are excellent and the hotel itself is super clean!

Highly recommend!!

The staff were so lovely!! We don’t know the names but we met two male receptionists on 25th May. We felt very welcome when we checked in. The nights receptionist especially couldn’t have done more for us!!

The only fault was the shower it didn’t have a lot of pressure

There was an awful smell all the way down the corridor to my room. There was a very loud fan down the hall which was on all night. My room had no window which made the smell worse. The hotel was quiet so if they had maintenance issues I should have been given a room in another part.

fantastic, brilliant & superlative :-)

Absolutley everything.... only possible gripe was the lack of a window to see the beautiful City of Liverpool.... but, given the room was underground.... think Printworks.com can b 4given 4 that lolz ;-)
