My favorite booking yet, perfect for everyone

This location is absolutely fabulous. Walkable to everything you need to reach yet quite for rest if you'd rather! The views are incredible. The home is perfect for a family traveling together. It is clean and well equipped. The terrace has a beautiful view. Paola is also a very attentive host, ensuring all guests have what they need to be comfortable. Ages in our family ranged from 11 to 80 and it was great for all! We will always stay here when in Taormina.

A fantastic place that we have already recommended to friends

Amazing views. Fantastic outdoor space. Friendly and helpful host.

We couldn’t get our heads round the recycling! The collection days seemed to be different on the bins and the calendar. Also not very clear what exactly could go in each bin.

incredible gem in Taormina, outstanding views and charming host

Incredible property, right next to San Domenico luxury hotel featured in White Lotus but a fraction of the price. truly a home away from home, so well appointed with everything you would need if not eating out. Million dollar views across to Etna from the terrace and out to sea. Tranquil spot in Taormina but within easy walking access to great restaurants, parking, sight seeing spots, and cable car to Isola Bella. Our host was just charming- gave us so many tips on arrival and accessible throughout our stay. Already planning on coming back!

Would recommend and would book again. 5 Stars

Beautiful private terrace overlooking the sea and wonderful view of Mount Etna. Just a minute walk to the Domo and the main street in Taoramina. The kitchen was fully equipped and our hostess, Paola,provided enough for breakfast for our stay plus wine and a few dinner items as well. Paola welcomed us and gave us an overview of the restaurants and points of interest. She also arranged our taxi for our departure and came to see us off.

Lovely apt with terrace, perfect location, great host, totally relaxing week!

Location was perfect -- just a couple of blocks from the heart of everything, but very quiet. We had a lovely terrace with a view of the sea and Mount Etna. The apartment is in a free-standing building that belongs to the owner's family. There was a locked gate to the building, so it felt safe and private. Had everything we needed for a totally relaxing and enjoyable week. Able to cook meals when we wanted, even do our own laundry (which helped us travel with only carry-on bags). The host was delightful and helpful. She showed us how everything worked, then was available by text if we needed her.

Just needed a full-length mirror!

This apartment has great potential but could benefit from many upgrades given the price.

The apartment is centrally located near all the attractions, yet far removed from hordes of tourists. Given the heat in July, we enjoyed the AC very much. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the view of the sea, Mount Etna and lush greenery nearby from the apartment terrace.

Unfortunately, much of the furniture in the apartment is old or outdated and should be replaced, in our opinion, given the price range of the rental. The couch and the beds were uncomfortable, to the point where one could feel the springs on one's back. We did not sleep well and no one wanted to sit on the couch. We also did not make use of the indoor wardrobe in the master bedroom as it smelled musty and old. Lastly, we were awoken early every morning by the sound of drilling and construction workers due to renovation work below the apartment that continued throughout the day. This is not the owner's fault. We think this apartment has great potential. A new couch and mattresses would make all the difference!

Paola was super friendly and so knowledgeable, giving us a low down on what was nearby etc. She had also left some goodies in the fridge for us which was really appreciated! The property and building itself is just absolutely stunning - we didn't want to leave! The view from our room/massive bed, of the sea was beautiful - could have stared at it all day! We had some really enjoyable evenings relaxing on the terrace with a glass of Etna vino looking out at the fantastic setting. And the location was top notch - seriously this Casa has it all and total value for money as well. Without a doubt would definitely recommend to stay here and we will hopefully be back again to stay. If i won the lotto, I would try and buy it haha!!!

Wonderful apartment

A perfect property; Paola could not have been friendlier, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and supplied with every conceivable supply we might need. Location fabulous. It is probably the best self catering apartment we’ve ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many!

Best place to stay in Taormina, Sicily, and probably the entire Italy!

I have been working in tourism industry for over 20 years, running a few apartment hotels and tour companies, now owning 2 of my own, and I have rarely found places as special, magical, but also impeccably and thoughtfully furnished, equipped, taken care of and clean. I simply could not believe our luck! I found the apartment, its location, equipment, comfort and attention of the owners absolutely incredible. - LOCATION: The house (or rather pretty much a palace) is breathtaking, with incredible views over Etna and the sea. It is steps away from the city center, but in a quiet, tranquil and peaceful location. - EQUIPMENT. is absolutely fantastic - I do not think anybody could ever need anything extra in the apartment. The house comes with 2 gigantic and incredibly comfortable beds (pretty sure they are larger than king size) in 2 separate lovely bedrooms, each with a bathroom (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub). It has central heating and air-conditioners, fully (and fantastically) equipped kitchen (the owners even thoughtfully left us a stocked up fridge and wine!!!), comfortable living room and even a washing machine. - TERRACE: has some wonderfully comfortable lounge chairs to soak up that Sicilian sun, as well as a beautiful table and chairs to have delicious Italian meals overlooking the Etna and the sea. - OWNERS: could not be more friendly, helpful and forthcoming, with a fountain of knowledge about the city and its establishments - and essentially anything else you might want to know about Taormina and Sicily. We made a stupid mistake and booked the wrong dates, which they immediately helped us amend without any trouble.

- I do have to say the WIFI was quite bad. It did not reach the bedrooms at all (and there was no mobile network signal there either), and in the living room it was very slow. But since we enjoyed our time in Taormina and on the house`s terrace so much, we did not really have time or desire to browse the net anyway! (it could also be the owners might have been able to help with that but we did not bother them with this issue, because as I wrote above, we did not really need the connection that much). - other than that everything was absolutely perfect! We will be back!

Casa Costa was the highlight of our vacation, we had such an amazing time there, we felt like home! Excellent location, wonderful apartment with a lovely terrace, we could see the water and also mount Etna, inside the apartment we had absolutely everything we needed, the house was very clean and beautifully decorated! Our host was a lovely lady so welcoming and nice! A well deserved 10 for this accommodation! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect flat in Taormina

Very nicely maintained and equiped flat with view on both the sea and the Etna. Excellent location close to city centre but still quiet. Fantastic reception by Paola, giving us all the advice on restaurants and sight seeing. Excellent cookies also 😊

Only that we wanted to stay longer 😉

We loved the location of the apartment. Close to the centre, yet still quiet and with a wonderful view on sea and Etna. Our host Paola made us feel very welcome and she provided all info that we needed for our stay. She even arranged a new apartment for us when we wanted to stay longer to go to the Etna. Wonderful!

Exceptional

Paola had stocked the fridge with some basics and treats, and made us very welcome. The apartment was lovely with a spacious living room and a delightful balcony from which to watch the sea and spot Mount Etna through the trees. Close to the centre of things but a nice quiet spot - a perfect place to unwind.
