Lovely hosts, spotlessly clean, beautiful views and perfect for visiting Taormina and surroundings

Beautiful location , being on the mountainside the views were fantastic (we were fully aware of al the steps to the property, but that’s the price you pay for the beautiful view), the pool was very welcome on the hot days, as was the air conditioning.

Can recommend without hesitation

Rossella and Claudio the hosts were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious and very clean with great facilities. The huge garden is a major asset and has excellent views over the bay below. The pool is very well maintained. The neighbours are mostly retired and are quiet and respectful. I would certainly come back to Villa Mariella.

High standard villa with fantastic view

Fantastic view! Very quiet location despite being 5 minutes from central Taormina, main bus station and cabin cable. This was crucial for us as we planned a few tours and activities and we need an easy access to transport.The accomodation was to a high standard; spotless; fully air conditioned. Our teens loved the swimming pool....while we enjoyed the view in the well kept garden.

The villa can be accessed by a stair.

Great home, great location, reasonably prices.

Rosaella and Paolo were absolutely wonderful! Great location, close to everything, private parking and the pool/ garden were exceptional. Also, we were presented with breakfast items and wine, just wonderful!

Really nothing. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed within 10 minutes on WhatsApp.

Excellent

Very good indoor and outdoor space. Host was excellent on arrival and departure. The house is down a series of steps which is fine for able bodied travellers. View from the garden is fantastic. Kids loved the pool.

Lovely Villa, short walk from Taormina centre

We had a lovely stay in this villa and the owners were very helpful. It’s on the hill side in Taormina about 10 mins walk uphill to the main town centre and 5 minutes to the cable car but in a very quiet and peaceful location. Parking is in a small private car park about 150 steps up from the Villa. However, Rosella and Claudio will meet you and take car of your luggage at the start and end of the trip which was really helpful. We really liked the Villa it had everything we needed as a couple and the owners have thought about what their guests need. It was nicely decorated, there was plenty of outdoor space including a small plunge pool and the view down the coast was nice. We especially liked the view at night when you could see the lights of the Italian mainland.

We had an amazing stay and would go there again

Spacious Villa in an exceptional location. We had a very nice stay. The Villa is located in a quite neighbourhood with a fantastic sea view and at the same time it’s very close to the centre of Taormina. The Property is clean, spacious and comfortable, ideal for families. Very nice garden with swimming pool and barbecue area, spacious bedrooms with air conditioners. Rossella and Claudio were lovely people. They helped us with our luggages and answered and helped us with every question. We would highly recommend Villa Mariella!

Exceptional

This villa stay was exceptional. The hosts were amazing and so very helpful. The villa was absolutely spotless and had every amenity we could need. The gardens and view were to die for and the pool was amazing. Part of the reason we chose this villa for our honeymoon, was the private pool which is raised up. Our toddler loves water and pools and will try and jump into any pool she sees. With the pool being raised it means she couldn't do that, and even better the pool steps had a lock on it, meaning she couldn't attempt to try and climb in either. Rosella, Claudio and their son Francesco were amazing hosts. They helped us with our luggage. Gave us a welcome tour and package which included milk coffee bread and prosecco, which was greatly appreciated. They were able to answer any of our questions by phone whenever needed and really were such delightful people and a wonderful family. I cannot praise this stay enough. We would love to come back. The villa is centrally located on Taormina with a sea view, easy access to the beach via cable car and the town, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance. The villa has great cooking facilities, free wifi, netflix amazon prime etc A cot can also be provided upon request.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this villa. The only thing we didn't like is we didn't have the time to stay longer. I would live here if I could. Paradise.
