Estadia ok.

Instalações muito velhas e sem manutenção. Fica longe de Taormina e necessita de agendamento do transfer e esse tem vagas limitadas. Obviamente não se consegue no dia de sua chegada.

The location could not have been better. The pool and private beach set up is second to none, serviced by a great bar and restaurant staff. Le Grand Bleu is one of the best restaurants in all of Taormina.

The room door did not seem up to par with the rest of the facilities (was rather old/paper weight), and the air conditioning could have been colder during the day.

Trapped

The staff was very nice

They limit the AC, they are able to shut it off from a master control to save money. We were many guests to realise what was going on. Didnt get one nights good sleep. Waking up in pools of our own sweat with no where to refuge or get relief from this in the entire hotel. Only time we were able to get some sleep was at 6am once they turned the AC back on. Every single guest realised what they were up to.

Superb

Absolutely beautiful location, great private beach and a nice pool area. The complimentary shuttle service is a nice bonus.

Hotel interior is a bit outdated. Rooms were nicer than the common areas though.

Perfect place to spend your holiday.

Exceptional hotel with very kind stuff members. The room was very clean, new towels provided every day. The pool and beach is lovely. The hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included, with lots of savory and sweet things to choose from. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to Taormina city.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear pretty much everything from the hallway and rooms around you, even someone showering.

very nice facility

location and cleanliness

my wife was making a very small plate (2 rolls) for breakfast to take to room for my daughter, who had injured her ankle and was unable to come down herself. an employee from down there became very indignant about that and embarrassed her and my son publicly. I don’t appreciate that and he is very lucky I wasn’t down there. Very disrespectful! He needs to be taught some manners before someone breaks his nose!

We loved everything about this hotel!! The staff are very welcoming and efficient during the check in process. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the view from our room is amazing!!

Wonderful 3 days and Viviana was exceptional - an asset to the hotel.

Private swimming beach. Viviana’s help with hopeless ITA. Courtesy shuttle excellent.

Hotel had no style and poor service and poor shuttle service to Taormina running at strange hours, not a bad place but not what we expected and should have done more researched before we booked

Loved it!

Location, staff, views were amazing.

Decor was out dated. Carpets, bathroom, lighting all a bit old and could do with a re-vamp. Also the food and drink at the hotel was far too expensive so we bought food and drinks from outside and ate in the hotel room. If the prices for food and drinks were not so high, it would have encouraged us to spend more money at the hotel.

everything was very nice, location, the cave, the pool, the shore, breakfast, service were all great.

The shower head was in a weird location, and you couldn’t take a proper shower without getting the bathroom floor totally wet.

Exceptional

The pool and beach areas were amazing, so unique with the tunnel under the hotel connecting the two.

Some more vegan options at breakfast would be great . Especially non dairy milk.

Great location

Great ocean-front location on the overhanging cliff. Staff very hospitable. Very good breakfast buffet. The restaurant and bar service excellent too.

Rooms somewhat dated but spacious. An uncomfortable smell seemed to linger in the room at times (bathroom/tiles? ).

Amazing location, but over priced - they need a serious upgrade

The hotel needs a serious upgrade with the rooms., the location is amazing, thats why i come back ever year. But it is indeed overpriced. Usually its around 500 euro, should be around 300 for what it is.

Fab hotel for a friends reunion, great to have pool and beach and nice quiet rooms

we don’t normally stay in such a large hotel and it needs a little updating and more regular shuttles to town but it was great
