We felt like old money, rich people for a week.

Altea Hills is simply something you have to experience. This is where all the rich people live. And this is where all the Russians used to live before they went to war with Ukraine (they even built themselves a church here, but now not many attend services). This house is a bit old, but it’s generous, luxurious, and decent if what you're really looking for is value for money. Remember, you’ll feel a bit exclusive staying in a gated community. And – if you like working out in the mornings, there are plenty of uphill challenges to conquer.

The living room is simply a bit awkwardly furnished because the host has blocked off the entrance to the basement. The garden is no longer as nice as it probably was when the person who built the house took care of it. The neighbor on the east side doesn’t like you grilling because the smoke drifts onto his property, but you can just remind him that right now he’s watering his own hedge, even though there’s a watering ban.

Mycket fint område och huset i sig mycket bra. Köksredskap inte helt rena. Ingen varm vatten i en av badrummen på nedervåningen. Inga tofflor som det stod i beskrivningen.

Very nice villa in a fantastic surrounding.

Villa Alemania is really outstanding. The location and the large pool in a very private setting are amazing. Leo is a fantastic host. Whatever we needed he provided in no time.

Relaxing stay with great views over Altea and Benidorm.

Excellent value for money and a very helpful and friendly host. Location is great. The only thing that did not match the description, or we could not find it, are the close by restaurant. So nothing on walking distance. But all in all we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nothing really. If any the only downside would be that it is a little bit outdated but I have nothing to compare with in the area. Overall, we found it good value for money.

Villa was exceptional lots of room and was very clean. Pool was clean. Nice large BBQ area. Hosts were very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Would recommend this Villa to anyone
