Really lovely host. Nice breakfast. Definitely enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect for the train station and the bus to Upliszhiche.

A bit far from the main street and bus terminal to get to other places. Though this was compensated by the offer to order a taxi to there.

Superb

Great location, extremely clean with spacious rooms & bathroom renovated. Marina made good breakfast during our stay. Both Marina and Giorgi are very hospitable and we commumicated with them in both English and French without any problem.

It was perfect for our stay in Gori. The room was extremely spacious and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Gori, only a couple of minutes walk and you’re at the Main Street and Square The hosts, George and Marina, were so friendly and kind and I loved the care they put in everything. They speaks very good English along with French and Russian while George is learning Italian!! I highly recommend to stay here when visiting Gori.

Yesterday night we had the pleasure to live in Gori and we were greeted by two wonderful hosts! The house was very spacious and warm with all the amenities provided, but what stood out was the hosts! Not only they greeted as late at night, they went all the way to look for restuarants for us to eat, they cooked as an amazing breakfast and they went all the way to help us with any problem! Wonderfull hosts & a very beautiful house. I ABSOLUTELY reccomed you to book a room at Guesthouse Levani!

A calm place with the great host

We loved our stay at this wonderful place in the historic house. We had good sleep and beautiful dreams. There is a good kitchen where we could cook fresh veggies bought just around the corner.

The hosts were very welcoming and kind (we arrived late and they cooked for us a dinner at home so we didn't have to go out again to find a restaurant at that time), the room is huge and also the common space, very well equipped, good wifi, nice garden, in a quiet area not far from city center. Marina and George are a very nice couple who wants to take care of you. Communication was very easy as Marina speaks English and George speaks French, which was a nice surprise! They find us also a shared taxi to go to Tbilissi directly from their home and know a lot about their region and sightseeing that they can recommand you.

Amazing guesthouse and lovely owners!

One of the best guesthouses we've been to during our two moth trip in Georgia. The owners are super kind and lovely. The furniture is very nice and the whole place is absolutely clean. The breakfast was amazing. We got a lot of tips for activities in the area and they organized transport to our next destination. Thank you so much for this great stay in Gori. :)

A great stay in Gori.

The room was so nice, big, and clean. The owners spoke English well and allowed us to purchase some of his lovely home-made wine! Our stay was an absolute pleasure.

The city Gori is a small city outside Tiblisi. There is not that much to do beside see the historic centrum, the Josef museum and eat some great Georgian food.

Best hospitality in Gori

Everything is perfect! The food, the room, the bath, the location, and especially the host! The host welcomed me with utmost quality of service you could ever asked for. During my stay, I traveled alone to Uplistsikhe and couldn’t find a ride back to Gori. I texted the host, although he did not take care of the problem, he was very concerned and offered me dinner when I am backed at the place. Real nice experience!

Best owners and very nice rooms

I stayed at there only for one night on the way from Tbilisi to Kutaisi. And it was definitely worth it. First thing Gori is town that must not be forgotten on travel trip through Georgia. And secondly what better way to visit Gori then by staying at Guesthouse Levani. Hosts are really nice and will make you feel like home. They arranged me taxi to Uplistsikhe and advise me with things to see in Gori. Also the rooms are clean and very new and available at very fair price. I must say that I travelled a lot around the world but I have never met so kind owners of place that I stayed at. Thank you.

Amazing stay at this centrally located Guesthouse in Gori, convenient to explore all key sights and wander around the old town. I felt truly welcomed and experienced famous Georgian hospitality. The breakfast was nicely and timely served. The host (Marina and Teimuraz) were super hospitable and shared some tips about what is worth visiting around Gori and arranged some transportation for me. I highly recommend to stay one night at least in Gori and explore this hidden gem properly.

After the visit I can really tell that we have experienced the well known Georgian hospitality. The hosts were super nice. First of all, they offered us a higher standard room for the price of initially booked room. Secondly, they provided us with lots of useful information about the town and all the interesting places which we should visit, including history and other facts related to Gori and Georgia as well. Also, we received useful details about available transport options and the hosts helped us to arrange a taxi to Tbilisi at a very very affordable price. I would like to mention that both hosts speak English fluently and we could freely communicate on various topics with no issues even though we do not know Georgian or Russian. The breakfast which was served at the place was very good and was a great start of the day. The last and probably the most important thing is that the hosts helped us a lot with our problem to return to our country. Once the Polish borders were closed due to coronavirus epidemic, our hosts did all they could to help us by contacting the embassy, flight provider, etc. We were not left alone with the problem and the hosts showed as much support as we needed at that moment. I would like to highly recommend Guesthouse Levani. I am sure that no tourist will be disappointed. Especially that our hosts showed us the map on which they mark countries from which tourists come and I have to admit that they have a lot of experience with tourists and they fully understand the needs of travellers.

True Georgian hospitality

What a pleasant surprise! We only stayed for a night on a short improvised trip to Gori, and this has been the perfect place to stay. Teimuraz took the time on the first day to sit for half an hour explaining all we need to know about Gori, while offering us afternoon tea and fruits. The room was good, clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable, and the garden a very relaxing and calm outdoor place. Expect a real and delicious Georgian breakfast too!
