Great accommodation for business travellers

The staff is the hotel's greatest asset! They were helpful in every way imaginable. The rooms are bigger than standard hotel rooms and the facilities available are all very good.

The hotel is right in the city centre so that means a hive of activity very early in the morning. I would recommend the hotel for people who go to Gabs for business rather than leisure just for this aspect.

Superb

Service was great! The hotel room is spacious and had a filling breakfast.

Just need to fix the shower head. It was loose so we couldn't adjust it and therefore had to stand close to the wall to get access to water. But not a train smash 👍🏾

Centre of city location makes getting around quite easy.

good breakfast and good view good personality law is still strict people have respect to one another security is very tough parking is secure and safe no crime no hobbos around the mall

Great location otherwise average. Rooms need renovating.

Great location. Friendly staff. Food ok, standard Cresta, although a bit expensive.

Room was small and tired, a bit dirty and mould in the bathroom. Needs upgrading. New aircon but noisy.

Location - strategically located in the old part of the city closer to African markets, supermarkets and lots of activities. Staff - very friendly and helpful staff Food - the chef knows how to cook good food If you want to immerse with locals, it is much easier to do it here than other hotels in the CBD area.

Nothing really. Wasn't happy with the way one of the restaurant staff acted. She shouldn't be working directly with guests as she was very rude unlike everyone else.

Almost back to its former standards.

Friendly accommodating staff. It was easy to arrange for a free late check out. I have visited the President Hotel several times over the last few years. two years ago the menu and food was excellent, last year below standard but this time the menu and quality was almost back to what it was formerly. Rooms are spacious with a large writing desk. Compared to similar hotels in the centre of Gaborone good value for money.

Noisy air conditioners and the key card for the door was several times faulty.

Conveniently located, very good services and clean rooms. Staff efficient - restaurant did not stock red wine when we visited.

Lots of noise early in the mornings when the people trading in the market starts their way to erect their stalls. From as early as 5h00
