It was ok, I think the place needs better maintenance

受付の男性お2人がそれぞれ感じが良かった。

部屋の掃除とシーツ替えを4泊中1度目して貰えなかったことと、セキュリティボックスが故障中とのことで貴重品を常に持ち歩かなければならなかったこと。

Overall was a very pleasant stay, and will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to the city hall (the plaza hotel) airport limousine bus stop, just an 8-minute walk away. Also wasn't a problem walking with luggages as the way to the hotel is flat. It's easy to locate, with two convenience stores within a 3-5 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the subway and multiple bus stops for added convenience. Staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to help us out with a couple of our problems/questions.

We found a bug crawling on the bed and the screen of the window wasn't closed with the window wide open when we checked-in.

値段相応って感じです。シャワーと寝る時しかいなかったですが、一応落ち着けました。

受付のスタッフさんがとても愛想良くて印象が良かった。トコジラミは見当たらなかった。毎日タオルを交換してくれた。(ベットメイキングは無し)

バストイレ別だったが、シャワーを浴びると仕切りのガラス壁の下からトイレ側にお湯や水が漏れてきた。(私の部屋だけかもだが) 壁や天井が、シワが寄っていたり剥がれかけていたりしてとても気になった。

初めての海外で緊張しましたが、優しい方が多く充実した旅行になりました。また機会があれば宿泊したいとおもいます。

・フロントの方がとても優しく、細かいお金がなく5000w払えなかったのを次の日でも良いですよと言ってくれました。帰り24時のチェックアウトにも対応してもらい、タクシーまで呼んでいただきました。・トコジラミなど心配でしたが清潔でした・冷蔵庫に水が用意されていました・割と駅近で、明洞にも歩いていけるので良かったです。

・飲み屋街の奥にあるので最初どこにあるかわからず、少し怖かったです・コンセントが1つしかないのと、エアコンがギーギー音を立てながら動いているのが気になりました・シャワーとトイレがカーテンで仕切れるのですが、カーテンが本当に意味がなく全部ベショベショになるのでしゃがんでシャワーをすることをオススメします。・회현駅までは地下を1度経由しないと大きい通りが渡れないので荷物が多いと少し大変です

we loved the location, walking distance to town hall subway as well as close to Seoul station! rooms were clean and nice, great for quick stay in between cities

Disappointing

Very central location, rooms are not very spacious but big enough to stay there for a couple of nights.

Unfortunately we found black bugs crawling on and under our pillow, there were also some on the wall and ceiling.

The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was so nice and can speak Thai well. The separating shower room and toilet are made more comfortable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, nice location.

Room was not clean, especially the shower / sink / toilet. Bathroom shelf was super rusted and needed replacement, there also was makeup on it. Shower had mold, toilet seat looked clean but the surface on the toilet bowl was disgusting. And so on…

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was a little out of the way but easily accessible from the bus and subway lines.

The soundproofing wasn't perfect, the plugs seemed to turn off when turning off the lights (including the fridge) so I could not charge my devices overnight.

Super nice personal that will make your stay as comfortable as possible! Amazing location for Seoul - very close to 3 subway stations, and to Myeongdong which is a popular shopping area. + You can enter the hotel to every hour of the day & even though it is in a central spot the rooms very very quiet and dark at night, which is not necessarily ensured in Seoul.

Location, staff is nice

Bathroom sink was leaking, lighting was bad, only small window that cannot be opened and we cannot see through. Changing towels cost additional money.
