Friendly and helpful staff

Beds were dirty and bathroom floor was wet and seemed to have water damage. There were only 5 channels on the TV (at the price of the room there could have been a lot more)

Not too bad.

Travelling alone I would have appreciated help with my luggage. I am an elderly lady with a back problem and found the steps difficult with my luggage. I had problems returning from my function just after 8 pm to enter the premises and nobody answered the phone.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved everything! We were upgraded to the Royal suite. The steak is definitely the best! The service was immaculate, and the hotel was squeaky clean. Full house breakfast the next morning - also just as amazing. Even the entire hotel's history laid out in the halls was really good to see and read.

It is a quite place and good for resting.

They are located next to Wimpy it was easy for me to have a dinner at Wimpy

Excellent stay!

We had a full English breakfast. The Hotel is centrally located in town nearby everything one wants to visit.

There are some maintenance issues which should be looked at. It is a historic building and extra care should be taken with maintaining it.

Lack of tv channels (sport and 1 action movie channel). Rooms small for tariff. Didn’t look like the picture advertised.

Very poor

I slept and woke up.

The bed was uncomfortable. The remote in the room was not working. The drainage in the shower was blocked. The stuff took their own time in getting us the room which was an inconvenience. The breakfast was not that good, they took a long time before coming to get our order. They don't have juice, they gave us juice boxes.

We enjoyed our time

Breakfast was in order, most staff members were very helpful, generally quiet, restaurant food had great flavour and good value.

facilities shutdown very early Original room was close to the kitchen, which had high noise level. Cullinan itself seems to close at 18:00 on a Sunday until Wednesday
