Perfecto!

La verdad es que todo. Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y agradables. El desayuno muy completo con todo tipo de opciones. El personal muy dispuesto para ayudar con cualquier cosa y la ubicación para mi muy conveniente (sobre todo si quieres ir hacia Walvis Bay).

Quizás un poco la lentitud del personal para hacer el check in, pagos, etc. Pero nada relevante.

They don’t clean the rooms and don’t change bath towels unless you request for clean ones. Check in time is 14:00 but got there at 14:00 they were not done cleaning. So we had to wait

For breakfast we had to prepare our own tea. No teapots. Just a small tea cup that you constantly have to get up to refill. No waiters for breakfast you have to get up and get everything you need yourself

Good experience overall, I will come back again.

Location (centre of town) and cleanliness were exceptional.

The fact that I had to wait at the car /garage gate for the staff to open me. I suggest that a camera should be installed at the garage gate or door so that the staff can open the gate remotely.

Our stay was all in all wonderful

The Hotel Staff and Manager Debbie are beyond friendly they made us feel right at home. The Hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

Our room was not cleaned the day before we checked out, the bed was not made the little milk boxes were not thrown away. After we asked the lady if she cleaned she said yes. but that room was not cleaned.
