Outstanding location, service and facilities.

The breakfast comprised fresh fruit, excellent local coffee, fruit juice, full house - bacon, tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, and eggs of you choice, followed by toast and marmalade. The apartment was exceptional with a fantastic view over Coca Beach. Balcony overlooking the bay. Good swimming pool for evening sundowners. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, from organising the luggage, serving breakfast, ensuring the apartment was kept clean. Extremely helpful when it came to providing local advice re restaurants. shops, clinics etc. Exceptional service all the way round.

Only thing was the gym equipment which is in need of servicing, and some new batteries.

The Suites are really lovely, comfortable , spacious , clean and the view to the ocean was a great view,overall really nice

Well I think they should remove the parking fee charge, also the bedsheet smelled a bit damp. they should look into this

Decent place to stay, good value for money apartments. But food needs to be looked into.

Breakfast needs to be looked into along with more dining options. Timings of the Restaurants are very odd. Location is a bit Secluded. Do not venture out after sunset. A lovely Beach just across the road makes evenings very enjoyable. Good view from Sea Facing Rooms. Good Apartment size.

Breakfast & Dining Options. Some in house facilities & entertaiment could make the evenings or nights more easy for passing some time.

Beautyful layout, spacious appartament with big terrace overlooking the ocean, very nice breakfast

At our arrival the service toilet in our room was dirty with old urine, we wouldn't expect it in such a nice place, once we reported the issue to housekeeping it was taken care in no time at all, we had a problem with the safe which was blocked in the afternoon with our money, valuable and PC inside, unfortunatelly the staff could not manage to open until the next morning when the IT came. The worse was that we chose an hotel with the swimming pool but the pool was empty and nobody has advised us when we reserved the hotel

The view, the size of the suite, Upendo and team are so kind and helpful, the breakfast in room, the location, the flexibility while booking, the security, the staff is very professional. I'll be back in a few days.. honestly, i have been living in Dar for 2 years and this is the best place to stay, better than all the other five stars..

Value for money - Decent

Rooms are spacious Bathroom is awesome Lovely view of the Indian Ocean Great location.

Furniture in the rooms really needs updating to give it a fresh clean new modern look TV’s in the rooms need upgrading to modern televisions with internet and Netflix Laundry services can be better - quality of ironing not good.
