Location was good, in close proximity to the Science museum and 3 blocks away from a lot of restaurants. A nice breakfast restaurant was only 250 meters away. The old part of the city was a 25 min walk. The appartment was spacious and all equipment was available. The host was great, welcomed us and was available for all kinds of questions during our stay.
The appartment was somehow outdated (not that that mattered for us) and the beds were quite hard and small (for someone like me who is 1.92). Also there was not much ventilation in one of the bathrooms.

La ubicación ideal.
Cerca de todo tipo de comercios, bares, peluquerias, autobus.
Cerca de la ciudad de las ciencias.
Se puede ir andando.
La parada del metro queda un poco lejos.
En nuestro caso teníamos que ir hasta Paterna y el metro no tiene buena comunicacion.
Hay que ir en bus hasta la plaza del ayuntamiento.

Appartamento grande, pulito e comodissimo, in posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi la città della scienza e il parco (5 minuti a piedi).
Autobus 40 di fronte per arrivare in centro.

La ubicación muy buena. Estaba todo limpio. Y además tenía plaza de parking propia.
Las vistas no eran buenas y hacia un poco calor en salon. Pero tampoco pasamos mucho tiempo en el apartamento, por lo demás estaba bastante bien.

Het appartement was zeer schoon, lag op en perfecte locatie, Juan is een zeer vriendelijke man, wij zullen hier terugkomen als we weer een paar dagen Valencia gaan bezoeken ! TOP!!

La ubicación que necesitábamos para una boda a la que asistimos.El apartamento contaba con todo lo que necesitábamos y Juan fue muy agradable y servicial.

Lo que nos gustó más fue la ubicación, muy cerca de paradas de Autobús, supermercado, farmacia, gasolinera, casi todo lo básico,perfecto para ir en coche, desde esta ubicación puedes entrar y salir de Valencia muy fácilmente, centro comercial grande muy cerca y el parque Guliver y la ciudad de las Ciencias a 5-10min andando.
Coincidiendo con muchos otros comentarios, lo que es muy muy mejorable es la limpieza, la casa necesita una limpieza a fondo, hay mucha suciedad acumulada debajo de los sofás y camas, polvo en general por los muebles y sobre todo una mejora en el mobiliario y la decoración. La camas era cómodas, pero las almohadas muy duras, y la incomodidad de las típicas mantas que se podría mejorar con unos nórdicos.

Good location, near City of Arts and Sciences, bus routes, Fallas Museum and supermarkets. Though dated, the kitchen was well supplied with equipment. Second bathroom was useful.
Main problem was the elderly woman in the apartment below us. She came up twice, saying her husband was sick and we were too noisy! The first time, my family had barely arrived at the apartment. The claim of excess noise is untrue, as we were all out most of the time and adhered to quiet hours after 10pm. All guests were aged 35 and up, including two retired people.
I suggest Juan discuss his rental with this woman. She obviously does not like renting this apartment to guests (I am guessing it was empty before). However, well behaved guests should not be harassed this way.

El apartamento es perfecto, muy cómodo y quieto. Se encuentra cerca del Oceanográfic y hay varias paradas del transporte público, que también es muy cómodo. El propietario era muy amable, nos dejó acomodarnos inmediatamante y no teníamos que esperar hasta las 16:00.
La única incomodidad es muy fácil de solucionar - las patas de las sillas en la zona del comedor son metálicas y el ruido molesta a la familia que vive debajo. Una alfombra simple o unas conteras resolverían el problema.

Majiteľ pán Juan nás čakal pred domom, písali sme si cez Whatsup v čase nášho príchodu. Apartman nedaleko od Guilver parku, kde sa deti podvečer dosýta zahrali. Verejná doprava kúsok od domu. Apartmán čistý, zánovný. Dobre vybavený, boli sme 6 členná rodina, ocenili sme 2 kúpelne.
V obývačke je veľký pohodlný stôl na jedenie pre šiestich, no stoličky veľmi vŕzgajú pri pohybe, čo suseda pod nami neocenila.

Alquilé este piso para ir un fin de semana a Valencia con unos amigos. En el momento de la llegada Juan estaba esperandonos para darnos las llaves, nos enseñó el piso y el garaje para poder dejar el coche. Estuvimos en todo momento en contacto por whatsapp desde antes de salir de nuestra ciudad. El piso un 10, buena ubicación (a 20 minutos del centro de Valencia), muy limpio, amplio y cómodo. Nos sentimos como en casa en todo momento. Tenía los servicios necesarios para poder pasar unos días allí. La cocina completa y las habitaciones también. No nos faltó de nada.
Sin duda alguna, si repetimos el año que viene nos gustaría poder hacerlo en este piso.

This is a lovely, large home with a well appointed kitchen. We were warmly welcomed by Juan with a thorough tour of the facilities.. The beds were comfortable, and we could easily walk to all of the sights we wanted to see.
The water pressure for the showers is disappointing. As you can see, this is one tiny factor given the rest of the excellent assets.

Great value location in the heart of Ruzafa, my favourite neighbourhood in Valencia. Everything is accessible by foot, although if you're traveling with kids or elderly people, I'd recommend the bus which can get you everywhere; downtown, to the beach and even over to the zoo. The accommodation itself comfortably slept 6 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip.
Not a lot really; the walls are a little thin perhaps so you can hear other people in other flats, and of course you need to be careful if you have kids that they keep the noise down! But this isn't uncommon.

Juan fue muy agradable, nos permitió hospedarnos antes y dejar un poco más tarde el apartamento por diversos motivos, además el alojamiento dispone de parking lo cual es una garantía, estaba muy céntrico y era muy tranquilo. Además disponía de trona y barras para la cama de la niña. El parque Gulliver está al lado y a la niña la encantó.
Por poner alguna pega, la decoración no es muy moderna.

The apartment is very well located, close to Oceanografic but also historical center of Valencia. It was big with a lot of facilities, very good internet, two bathrooms and TV in every room.

The apartment is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. It is very spacious, comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped. We will allowed to leave our luggage there before the check-in. The best part is the location, it couldn't be better. It is next to the park and The city of arts and science, very close to the city center. There were many shops, restaurants and public transport options nearby. We will be happy to stay there again!

The bed was super comfortable.
The area appears rather dodgy and very dirty. Thought we had been scammed when we first found the entrance. The apartment is like stepping back in time, not in a good way. Decorated from the 1950s with can only be cast offs from previous homes. Cupboards appear to be used to store long forgotten kitchen utensils, 6 coffee plungers no coffee🤷🏼♀️ The hot water system is dodgy, takes forever to run then stops. Car parking very very tight, need to take bravery pills before attempting. Not close to old town but close to new, if that is what you are looking for.

The location was great and the owner was very helpful! The apartment is better than the photos in real life. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody looking for Valencia accommodation. Plus, it's right around the corner from the City of Arts and Sciences.

The host is an amazing person who goes out of his way to help. The location is very good and is walking distance from the science museum and aquarium.
