Ótima localização mas falta manutenção

Ótima localização. Café da manhã bom.

Falta limpeza e manutenção: cortinas mofadas, janelas esbranquiçadas, lençóis manchados, batentes estragados, TV com manchas na imagem, forro do corredor recortado, etc.

Local improvisado do café da manhã (OK, compreensível, porque está havendo reforma) - mas havia goteira, iluminação ruim - mereceria ter sido avisado previamente aos hóspedes

Toalhas encardidas No check in foi cobrado as diárias , no check out queriam cobrar novamente. Achei um erro muito grave e nem desculpas eu ouvi pelo erro. Tive q mostrar no meu extrato o pagamento feito.

Por muitos anos fui um habitué da refe Novotel em várias cidades do Brasil.

Muito bom continental breakfast. Boas opções de fruas frescas, variedades de pães sucos e fríos. Acho

O preço poderia ser um pouco mais razoável mas foi proporcional e equivalente às comodidades oferecidas. Se comparado a um brunch... então o preço pode ser melhor justificado e percebido.

Confortável, mas não recomendo!

Localização muito boa, bem central. O quarto é bom, confortável e limpo.

O serviço deixa a desejar, não há nenhuma informação sobre os telefones internos, nem os da cidade. Chegamos e as toalhas não estavam no quarto,Pedimos e levou um tempo enorme para chegar ao quarto.Pelo valor da diaria, o cafe da manha deveria estar incluido. Achei a estadia cara pelo que o hotel entrega. Não voltarei a me hospedar

Valor do café um pouco salgado em comparação com um local onde serve buffet de café em dias de sábados e domingos, localização do hotel muito boa, próxima de shopping, mercado, farmácia, etc.

Gostei muito da localização, do café da manhã e das comodidades. O quarto era bem espaçoso e a vista bonita. A limpeza do quarto também foi bem satisfatória.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, really great bar with Guilherme

I was here for work, and worked in the evenings in the bar most nights for the week I stayed. Guilherme who works in the bar was fantastic. He was always very friendly and helpful, and made great cocktails. He made my stay so much better. Please let him know, I said thank you! The bar has such great views of the city, and the location is great.

I feel I was always rushed to leave breakfast. The staff were nice, but often would take cutlery whilst I was eating, or take drinks whilst I was drinking. I think the intention was for staff to be attentive, but it felt like they wanted me to leave. I don't think it's the staff's fault, but when the hotel isn't busy, watching on every glass being put down feels too much. It felt uncomfortable. But the staff were just trying to be nice, I think?

I won't go back for sure.

Very disappointing for a Novotel. There's no way this hotel is 4 stars. In terms of cleanliness: not even the dust on bedside were cleaned. Walls were dirty, mirror with stains from previous guests, etc.

It's a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is okay, though, for long stay, you get bored as it is the same all days. Location is great.

Wifi is not stable. There are no staff that can understand English in restaurant at night. Hence, some of the nights, our orders came differently as communicated.

Good stay, amazing bed and a large option on breakfast.

Amazing breakfast. The bathroom was really cool with the glass walls and all. Everything was well cleaned. Amazing beds, very comfy.

The amount of personal information asked at the reception on the check in! Maybe its a Brazil thing but made me really uncomfortable.

A very pleasant hotel, with tasty breakfast, panoramic views of the city and sea in a fantastic location.

The hotel is located in a prime location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We were greeted at the reception by the lovely Tiago, who was really polite and always made us feel welcome with a smile whenever we entered the hotel during our 5 days in Santos. Our seaview room on the 30th floor was very spacious, and had the most amazing shower, a Nespresso coffee machine and stunning views of the sea and the city. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a variety of cooked breakfast, continental breakfast, an arrays of fruits, cold meats and cheeses. The room service meal was also very tasty. Overall, a great hotel offering everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of Santos.

The pool didn’t look very good when we went up to view it. There was some maintenance being done, so although the pool was still open for use, we decided to give it a miss.
