Atendimento eficiente e cortês. Quarto limpo, amplo, confortável e silencioso. Boa vista e localização.

Academia um pouco abandonada (equipamentos quebrados e um pouco estragados). No dia que chegamos a piscina estava cheia, infelizmente, e por isso não usufruímos. Café da manhã bom. Eu iria adorar se tivesse a opção de salsicha no molho. O ovo mexido poderia ser uma pouco mais firme, mas estava gostoso.

Vista supreendente

Repetimos a hospedagem cerca de um mês depois de ter conhecido o hotel, porque a localização é muito boa. Próximo ao canal do porto de Santos, com visão 180º nos apartamentos de frente para o mar. Ficar na sala vendo o movimento da praia, dos navios e dos pássaros já é uma distração e tanto. As acomodações são confortáveis e o pessoal receptivo. O problema que tivemos no café da manhã na outra ocasião foi superado. Vamos voltar!

Bom hotel,. porém abaixo do.esperado pelo valor cobrado.

Quarto amplo, arejado, limpo e luminado. Ar condicionado, chuveiro, pia e cofre funcionais. Cama confortável, roupas de banho e cama de boa qualidade, limpas e adequadas. Café da manhã variado e de boa qualidade, com opções saudáveis e o diferencial de café espresso moído na hora. Atendimento excepcional na recepção, café da manhã e no bar que fica na cobertura. Não utilizei wifi e televisão.

A iluminação do banheiro poderia ser melhor. A área da piscina é muito antiga, passando impressão de desleixo. De modo geral, a edificação passa uma impressão datada, incompatível com o alto preço de diária cobrada. O serviço de vallet é muito caro e desatento.

Não sei se voltaria a este hotel

Localização, ótimo café da manhã. Porém, fiz a reserva, paguei e 2 duas depois as diárias estavam com valor bem mais baixo. Ou seja, sai no prejuízo total,e ainda.tive que pagar diferença para obter um quarto com cama de casal(a reserva sempre foi para 2 pax)

A cidade tem voltagem 220v, e o hotel não tem transformador nem adaptador de tomada. Além disso, fiz a reserva com antecedência(subtemde-se que quanto antes, melhor as vantagens), paguei e logo em seguida o valor da diária estava bem mais baixo, não tinha mais como cancelar sem pagar multa e refazer no valor mais acessível. Ainda tive que pagar uma diferenca para obter um quarto com cama de casal além do valor já pago.

First Brazilian Beach Experience

The receptionist (who speaks English with us!) was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a good selection of choices, but I feel there should be more variety/ changes for those who stay there for more than 1 night. The view from high floors was good. The wifi was very strong and shower very hot. The WhatsApp communication was great that saved us a lot of translation trouble, but they response really slow sometimes.

The water wasn't complimentary and we had to buy our own water. There is no drinking facilities provided. The housekeeping wasn't great that the floor feels sandy. The towels by the rooftop swimming pool weren't refilled fast enough.

Shower box was not proper sealed on ground level, leading to great water leakage in the bathroom at each bath
