Było tak sobie

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel obiektu, spokój panujący na ulicy przy której znajduje się obiekt

Niestety stopień zużycia apartamentu nr 1 w którym spałem zostawia wiele do życzenia. Panele laminowane które spuchły po wcześniejszym zalaniu uniemożliwiały sprawne poruszanie się po pokoju były na tyle spuchnięte że było ciężko pięcioletniemu dziecku otwierać drzwi. Brak normalnego wyposażenia w łazience to znaczy brak uchwytu na słuchawkę prysznicową skutecznie uprzykrzało branie kąpieli, i co chyba najgorsze zlokalizowana palarnia całego obiektu tuż pod oknami apartamentu nr 1 gdzie niestety ale ja jako osoba niepaląca bardzo ale to bardzo przeszkadzało mi to że dym papierosowy dostawał się do pokoju. W Zlokalizowanej palarni w tym konkretnym miejscu odbywały się do późnych godzin wieczornych długie dyskusje przy trunkach alkoholowych innych urlopowiczów. Jeśli ktoś decyduje się na przyjazd do tego obiektu własnym samochodem niestety musi liczyć się z tym że będzie szukał miejsc postojowych na ulicy gdyż obiekt nie oferuje takowych jest to loteria jednego dnia jest miejsce tuż obok obiektu innego dnia trzeba szukać. Jak na to że pokój spełniał wymogi pokoju czteroosobowego no niestety dyskwalifikujące jest również to że były tylko trzy krzesła przy stole z tego jedno niestety pęknięte

Potentially excellent with some simple refinements

Bed was comfortable, and the other guests seemed like nice people. Most other things were fine too, as in the description.

Had no more toilet paper in my bathroom after the first day and in the room, I had only one coffee sachet for two nights. Thought I would have a hob in either the room kitchinette or the common kitchen, but there was none.

Calm stay in the outskirts of Breslau

Very calm neighborhood, park nearby

Water constantly running outside in an artificial well, wherefore we could not leave the windows open. Staff barely spoke English. Is located quite far outside of the city.

The fountain near the entrance interferes with sleep, I had to close the window and because of this it was stuffy in the room

Decent stay

The location in the suburbs of Wroclaw nice and quiet area

The soundproofing of the walls was very poor, you can here the nextdoor neighbour snoring.

Quet area, not far from city but place need upkee.

Bathroom was spacious, microwave and fridge in room. Quiet area.

I stayed in many apartments around Wroclaw and this was by far low standart. Smell from sewer pipes from bathroom was really bad. Mould on window blinds, flooded ceiling. Woobly warderobe nearly feel on me. Cold owner.

The facilities in the apartment was good. It had all the needed amenities. It was good value for money. It was clean and the loft apartment that we got was really cool.

I like pur stay. Would come back again.

we had the top apartment with wc, shower and kitchen on the room. Comfortable beds and lots of room. The was tea and coffee on the room.

Its not very noise proof. You could hear other visitors comming to their rooms.

There was no proper kitchen but rather a snack room. Also we ran out of hot water and had to wait additional 20 mins for the hot water tank to refill

The area is quite and green.

Too far from the center. If you are not travelling with a car be ready to pay the higher cost of taxi. With public transport it takes 50’ to the centre. Otherwise it is fine.
